Worst experience ever! The airline booked my CONFIRMATION and stated - 'Booked. No need to reconfirm'. And by mistake sent an email to wrong address. So when I called them an hour later they are telling me your fight was cancelled due to unavailability. However when I put the website reference number on the website it said that my flight was booked and no need to reconfirm.
When I asked the supervisor what if I would have gone to the website with the pnr she had no valid reason! Not to mention her rudeness was beyond explaination!
Never using this site ever! And not to mention when they give you these silly deals about calling the agent for a better fare is a total scam. They bump up the price by atleast $50.

If you are planning to use justfly to visit you military loved one DON'T... I need to rebook my flight because my child is being deployed and their helpful suggestion was to pay $1200 to rebook or $250 to cancel. Why would I pay to cancel the flight? And not receive a refund of any type. Yes I took at the insurance and yes it was my own fault I didn't realize I needed to be terminally ill or passed away to receive my refund. I certainly didn't know my house had to be flooded or lord knows what else. I'm not asking for special treatment but when a military family has to reschedule because of a deployment or their duty to our country comes up some consideration should be available. Seriously it was suggested by three people that I cancel my flight. I'm already loosing the money and you want me to loose more by paying you to cancel? Oh by the way I am going on my trip 8 weeks later than planned and I won't be booking through just fly.
And just so you're aware I am on a social media group with 1000's of military moms who already know that just fly is just a joke

So far the online experience was great. My flight leaves Wed. So we'll see what happens at the airport an how the flight itself is.

The site was easy to use. The only problem I had was that you do not take the credit card that I usually use. A lot of seats were blocked out and my reservations are being made three months in advance so I did not think this many seats could have been taken already. Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
