We are planning a trip to Europe for our anniversary and we found all of our flight options through Justfly.com. It was cheaper than the other sites and gave us more options in a simpler tonwork system. Definitely coming back to this site next time we plan a vacation.
I was looking for a good deal a month in advance and I found it only it quickly changed to$20.00 more and after it showed the total price plus taxes it asked for me to pick my seat. In the event of choosing, it suddenly charged me additional fees without warning.
The web site was easy to navigate. It didn't take me long to give the information and to book the flight.
Walk me through the specific steps I need to do after I bought my ticket on-line until I get on aircraft.

On May 15, I got an email saying to call right away, there has been a change to my itinerary. I called, United Airlines I think. They were rude, got me upset and then they cancelled my flight. Now get this, NO REFUND! THAT'S RIGHT, NO REFUND!
It's mid May, my trip is in July and I just got swindled out of $295! WTF? Had to cancel my flight home with American Airlines because of what United did to me. American won't refund either!

Got the best price and the best timing of flights. The booking process was also easy. The site was easy to navigate and all the required flight details were readily available.
We bought a ticket from JustFly.com, but need to change the outbound date, since I had food allergy and was in the emergency room.
When we tried to change the outbound flight, the nightmare started! My husband spend 20 days/times (no joke) calling them, each call was 3 hours long (no joke), and as I write this review, our issue has NOT been resolved. They put us on hold every 5 minutes, each call we made was at least 3 hours long. We are going crazy dealing with JustFly.com. I have never in my life dealt with a such bad company; they are full of scams and fraud!
They increased our air fare each time we called, up to this time, they are overcharging us more than $3,000 USD already!

I love this website for finding flights. The way it is set up is so convenient! It's wonderful that it gives you alternate dates to fly at a much cheaper price. Everything is easy to understand.
Will not book with you again due to extra fees for even 1 bag each. Led to believe We could choose seats in advance, but the advance seating option was not available. Very disappointed with what I got.

Love your booking site and the email updates! You watch and notify me of price reductions! Love that I can pick my seats! Went to my delta app and will. E able to pre board! No mega security issues! Great easy booking procedure!
So, the booking I made and paid for was never finalized. They waited 14 hours to send me an email letting me know that the price has gone up $100. At which point, I canceled it. I also had to spend over an hour on the phone, with over 40 minutes of that on hold because they appear to be very under-staffed. Also, the people I did talk to on the phone had very strong accents. It's clear they outsource their call center jobs to foreign countries to save money, which obviously reflects in their sub-par customer service.

Process to find the best pricing was a bit overwhelming... but once I did things went really smooth. Easy - straight forward process to follow.
It was affordable and accurate and ijust loved it. My flight information was accurate the flight was on time and all..
JudtFly is not one of the sites that always comes up for flight searches.
But I do recommend it.
JudtFly gives you phone # contacts for the airlines you are flying- that is a nice feature.
The promotional emails are a little misleading, and can be overwhelming. However, the website is user friendly and the price offers are very reasonable.
I was searching for best prices on flights from NY to CA and finding everything more expensive than expected. I spotted two options at decent prices, and decent times, and selected one of them. I was taken to JustFly and the rest of the process was seamless. I will definitely try them again.
IT was seamless experience, was quick and painless. The whole process take only few minutes and never use Just Fly before. Good websites to get a good deal. I would highly recommended.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
