I have had a terrible experience with justfly who has essentially scammed me for 807$ and only given lipservice to followup. Has not followed through with any remediation. I booked a ticket with them from NYC to Denpasar, paying the 20$ fee for changes to ticket within 24 hours. When I called to change the ticket, agent informed me that I would have to pay again for the second ticket, but the first one would be cancelled and refunded within 3 - 10 business days. No confirmation of this refund was ever sent to my email. No refund was issued to my credit card. I called to inquire at 2 weeks, They said it was being sent. At one month said that "Of course if it was cancelled we have refunded the money... check with your bank." I did. They had not received payment. I demanded something showing they had paid They promised an email within 24 hours. None showed up. Calling back, I got the same run around. Asked for a manager. Was disconnected. I am loathe to write bad reviews, but DON'T USE THIS BOOKING AGENT. They are very ethical and incompetent. Have gotten no satisfaction over this issue and very disorganized response. BBB gives them an F rating. Wish I had known.
The ease of the website was awesome. Really no complaints other then I couldn't find the previous website that offered the same flight for a few dollars cheaper. I was comfortable spending the few dollars with Justfly though :)

Awesome it was very easy and not time consuming I would recommend this site to anyone booking a flight. Lots of options
After receiving my confirmation email from Just fly, I noticed a slight error in my name. Not even a spelling error but a space between two letters. I called to see what could be done not once but twice and was told there was no way to change it and the airlines would not allow it either. So I would have to pay $75 to cancel since it was now past their"grace period" and try and rebook my flight. But first I would have to wait 8-10 days for my refund! I declined to cancel my already set plans and called both airlines. One was not able to change it because of booking through a third party, but assured me that since it was a domestic flight and such a minor error that it would be fine. The other airlines was able to change my name without a problem! I will NEVER book through a third party again!

Since thanks giving I flew 3 two way trips and a one way and about to go some more in August. The busses are a downer because they take way to long and smell like porta-potties. Praise God for justfly prices and service!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
