Everything is fine but you are not fair to make people pay more for selecting seats and it was not obvious. I think it is a low trick because your price is better but if you are not careful with the pre reserved seats it adds up. With the many flights I have booked I have spent quite a bit more until I realized this.

I booked a flight for two to the Philippines with JustFly. I paid by credit card almost $1000. My wife got sick and her doctor advised her not to go. A week before our scheduled flight last March 14 to the Philippines my wife cancelled our flight and asked for a refund. Guess how much?. $180. China Airlines deducted $400 ($200 for each us) plus other charges. The insurance co. Refused to refund the premuim. Justfly Agency sent us the refund bill of $400. Guess how much did they actually refunded (which to date has not been refunded yet, $180. Without telling us before we booked our flight, and at the time we cancelled our flight and that they would charged as they di, each of us $150 or a total amount of $300. They debited this amount in the credit card long time ago and at this time we have not received the refund of $180 yet. Lesson don't book your flight with China Airlines and JustFly. They are suckers.
Got the flight for less than I had plan to spend by $22.00 I would received e-mails informing of the various deals available. They also had a varitiy of flights and times of departures. This give me a lot of choices. Frist time I used this site and it wont be the last.
Great prices even at last minute but times were difficult to work with. I needed to leave later in the day because of work but latest flight available was 3:47 and I won't get in until 11:00 pm due to layover in LA.

The ticket purchase process flow as simple and efficient. I was hoping to find a service that could give me flexibility to change my travel dates (extend) just in case there is a need for some fee but I was not given the opportunity - cancellation policy is not what I was looking for. If I had the change policy I would have definitely signed up while purchasing the ticket.

I used this site earlier this year and found it to be one of the most competitively priced site. Not only that, it is easy to navigate and customer service people actually exist. I called to make changes to my flight and it was done in reasonable time. My only issue was that they didn't confirm my seating and charged me a fee to do so online but after contacting customer service, they quickly removed the charge.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
