The best deal i could find comparing > 10 sites. The booking process was easy, and i liked that i could compare different dates - if your somewhat flexibles it is important to know if 1 day earlier would be much cheaper! No problems with the payment details and quick confirmation e-mail!

I often book my flights with OneTravel, but on this occasion their price for the flight I needed was $419.60 and JustFly had the same flight advertised at $389.60 including taxes and fees. So, I trusted the JustFly quote and booked my flight with them. However, when I received the email confirmation, I was surprised to see that I was actually charged $419.60 -- the same as OneTravel. I immediately phoned JustFly Customer Service to complain, and they advised me to send email to *******@JustFly.com to ask for a refund of the extra charges -- $30.00 per person, or $60.00 for the two tickets. I even attached a screen shot of the JustFly advertised price ($389.60). That was three days (5/24) ago, and so far I have not received any reply from JustFly.
It was very quick to book and the response 100%, I enjoyed traveling and booking through this page, I'm going to recommend this page to my friends
It was easy to do and I was happy with the experience and especially the reduced price. I was notified by email of a price drop and hurried to get that price which I did. My suster-in-law purchased right after me and she had to pay $25 more per ticket. However, it was still a good deal. What's with paying extra for the seat assignments? Didn't like that and didn't pay.
This site had the cheapest ticket options and flexible dates -- things I'm looking for in a ticket purchasing service. I also appreciate their 4 hour cancellation policy and they give lots of other insurance options, too.

It was a smooth simple process, and a great flight price for a one way trip from msp to chi. Simple as that.
I had a little trouble when filling out information and trying to get help. You only have certain questions with answers and I had trouble with the "contact us". Once I got it you were very helpful.

I booked a roundtrip flight that was United on the outbound and Spirt on return. After looking on United website I found a better return and wanted to cancel Spirt to make the whole trip with United.
I called just before 24 hour period and was told it had actually been 26 hours. I looked at time of booking and it was 23 hours 45 min. Went back and forth with agent and was getting nowhere so I called my bank to see when charge was made and they confirmed what I had been stating.
Of course by this time it was over 24 hour period.
I called Spirt and reordering said it would be 45 min. Hold time AND recording also stated cancellations were free if made within 24 hours.
I called Jetfly back and straightaway asked for her supervisor. She would not transfer me and told me there would be a $75 charge for cancellation as they were only free if changes made within 3 hours.
So Spirt, who was paid directly from my account, allowed me 24 hour cancelation but I was being told I had to pay $75! (more than half the price of the ticket itself!
Again asked to talk with Supervisor and girl said "PLEASE" don't talk to them, I will only charge you $50. Honestly I was exhausted after all the round and round and various phone calls. I stated more than once that I just wanted to cancel and not be charged as it was Spirts policy in my original call was made within Sports timeframe. After more round and round I relented and said I would settle with the $50 charge as I just wanted to get off the phone.
Now here's the kicker. She began cancellation process and asked me to hold while she completed the transaction.
I waited for 1 1/2 hours!
THEN a recording came on and told me the call was being terminated and would I like to take a survey about my customer "satisfaction"'!
Are you kidding me?!
As of the time I writing this (days later) I still have had no resplution and need to call back again!

Answer: Forget about the refund. They will have an excuse like mine. I bought the insurance, but apparently there are two insurances you can buy for one ticket. Who ever heard of that?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
