Booking online was very easy. The itinerary is very easy and clear to understand. No issues to be reported yet, but the flight has not occurred yet either.

I was looking for airfare for a last minute trip and JustFly was able to accommodate me. My wife and I not only have tickets but seats together that other websites were not able to do for us. Also, there was a seat charge error and they caught it and were able to issue a refund for it before I even noticed. Great customer service and I would highly recommend.

I had just written a bad review and justfly investigated and returned my $50.00. I wish they would have taken care of it at the time and saved me all the frustration. If you are going to use them make sure everything is right or the fees will add up. I know they charge extra to pick a seat and might also charge to bring a carry on. So make sure you add it all up before your purchase

Pricing was great for a flight to London! Will use justfly for hotel and air for next international flight.
Pleased with the service, but the filters were somewhat difficult to use. That being said, the prices offered were great.
The website was easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. I liked being able to choose seats but the cost of $35 per seat per segment seems high.
I RECENTLY BOOKED A FLIGHT AND THEN CANCELED.
THEY CANCELED THE FLIGHT AND CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL $75.00 AND DID NOT REFUND MY FLIGHT.
WHY DID THEY CHARGE $75. TO CANCEL FLIGHT?
WHY DID THEY CHARGE ME IF THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY RESERVATION?
THEY HAVE A VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
THE ASSOCIATES BLAMED THE OTHER ASSOCIATE FOR MY ISSUE AND REFUSE TO HELP ME.
I WAS ALSO CONSTANTLY PLACED ON HOLD FOR SEVERAL HOURS.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANY TRAVEL BOOKING.
THE ONLY THING YOU WILL RECEIVE BACK IS A HEADACHE AND STRESS.

Very happy with flight info given and updates on prices to desired destination. A very good organization to use for travel.
I had run a search and saw the price for the flight I wanted. But when I tried to book. The site stop responding. It did that for a couple of times. Then when I finally was going to book... it told me it was available over the phone. When I called. Then I was told price had changed. And they couldnt book the tickets of my children. Call was too long.
By the time I called the airline. The price already went up way too high..

Last time I booked the ticket and want to change, they charged me extra money. For loyal customer, they have to have favorite policy. Otherwise, why I have to book through Justfly?
The site was super easy to use, they give great comparisons and offer the best price I could find. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends and family! I actually heard of it through my aunt.

I was disappoint in that I was the only passenger on board that was not allow to bring on carryon. I was charge $25.00 each way for my bag. It was a carryon size.
I've tried several other sites for cost savings on flights. I've found this site for both domestic and international flights to have competative prices across the board. Additionally, the convenience of of the flight alerts and other comodities (car rental, and hotel) make this site very user friendly. I would definitely (and have) recommended JustFly.com to others.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
