Something came up in my life just 13 hours after booking my flight, I called in tears, and had to cancel my flight. I would have really appreciated a full refund instead of having to pay a cancellation fee. It was only 13 hours! Not like I was trying to cancel it after a month! If someone at just fly would like to refund me that cancellation fee then I will recommend just fly to my friends and family. Otherwise this company is a "no go" from me!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
