Tend to mislead prospective customers. Takes awhile to receive reasonable offers. Prices tend to change while processing an offer. In fact in my case it changed from the initial quote.

Good experience w online purchase. Drawback was when I called to ask about seat preferences. Long wait time. Representative had heavy foreign accent, hard. To understand. She didn't have access to seat information so had to call the airline directly before completing the ticket purchase.
