This was a last-minute booking. I searched for my flight six days before I wanted to leave JustFly had my flight at the cheapest price. And also enjoy the "four hours to cancel" option

My experience was good overall. THERE WAS A BIT OF CONFUSION ON THE AGENTS PART AS FAR AS CANCELLING A SINGLE FLIGHT AND BOOKING 2 AT THE VERY SAME TIME.

Worst experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this company to anyone and won't be using them again. Worst customer service I have ever had after they helped us book a trip that didn't allow enough time to catch our second leg of the flight so we missed our plane to Japan. We were stuck in Los Angeles and they wouldn't help us at all. W had to re-purchase tickets and now it's a battle.
Disappointed with service! While making my reservations, I upgraded my flights to be able to choose my seat assignment and use overhead storage for my carry-on luggage. As I was doing early check-in for my trip, I realized that I was listed as basic economy which means the airline assigns seating at check-in and I cannot use overhead storage for my luggage. I called Justfly and they apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my fee to choose my seat. They also stated that the customer is not guaranteed the seat assignment per the small print on the booking confirmation. So now the airline can seat me where space is available on both flights and no carry-on bag. I found that answer to be a problematic since I specifically paid for the seating separately. It is too late to reschedule flights because the prices are through the roof now. How disheartening! The only good thing about finding out today is that I don't get to the airport tomorrow and end up angry and frustrated. Jetfly people depend on you to handle your business right. Just do what people pay you to do. If I could have given a zero I would have. I will never ever use Jetfly ever again.

This site is nothing but a travel broker... their own customer service group will tell you that. My husband left today with two sets of flights booked. His first flight was delayed twice putting him late to his second reservation... these were not connecting flights. Due to the delay he was not allowed to board the second flight. At this point he was stranded in a foreign country for the night. He tried to rebook with the airline at the airport and was told he had to do it through Justfly. We contacted Justfly and they told us the airline had voided his ticket since he was unable to check in so now he has no return flight. We are now having to totally rebook and buy a new ticket costing us another $500. Justfly offered no help, no voucher, no anything. They again reiterated they are "only a travel broker" and that they could no longer help me then disconnected the call. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I always book my flights with Justfly.com flights are always cheap. Especially when you book one month's in advance, they're ridiculously cheap. Plus, their prices don't jack up as quick as other booking websites.
Justfly gave me the best prices for my flight. When had trouble the customer service team was very patient and help me along the way I give them a thumbs up and will truly book with them again.
People need to get back to taking care of people. Especially when they pay for it. And because you offer cheaper prices doesn't mean you should Nicole and dime everyone for everything. That doesn't make a GREAT airlines. It just makes you and airlines. Nothing to separate you. But you do stand for who you are. Cheap and irritating

Went to book a flight for a small summer vacation. Was able to pick a good flight, with fairly good times for a relatively decent price. Also, I was able to pick my seats for the flights, which was a plus.
This was my first time using Justfly and my experience was smooth and simple. One page booking. The final processing of the flight took a bit long, but the progress bar warms you it may take up to 60 seconds and I don't think the time exceeded that. I also didn't understand at first that by choosing a seat on my flight I would be charged $12 extra each time, but once I saw that, I just cancelled the seat selection. Otherwise, a great experience.
This was very easy to use. I am excited for my trip! I also like how it allowed me to buy a ticket for almost a year in advance.

I was surprised to see how simple and easy was to book a flight thru Justfly, in just a few clicks i was able to book my flight at the best possible price. After a few seconds i got my confirmation and via Email and was able to start planning my trip.
JustFly is an absolute joke. One of the flights on my trip got canceled, and I was never informed. This resulted in me having to hastily buy a plane ticket from another airline to make it back home on time. Because of the cancellation, the airline told me I should receive a refund. After speaking with their representatives, I was then informed that since I booked through JustFly I would need to contact them about the refund. Makes sense, right? That is when I apparently opened Pandora's box and spiraled to the deepest layer of hell that is conveniently disguised as JustFly customer service. After calling the PAINFULLY INCOMPETENT customer service representatives about ten different times, speaking with the actual airline representatives, and getting the two to communicate with each other due to the fact that a waiver needed to be pushed out to the JustFly team from the actual airline, I was told I would receive a confirmation email and a refund within 6-8 weeks (seems a bit lengthy right?).
Fast forward nearly three weeks: Having zero faith in the company's competency at all, I decided to call to make sure that everything was still going smoothly with my refund. However, after being hung up on and put on hold for hours, the rude fast-talking imbecile disguised as a customer service rep informed me that "Oh yeah, we got the waiver but now I have to send it to our travel partner to determine how much money you should get back." SO conveniently nothing has been done yet in regards to my refund, I had to talk to two separate reps to get them to even FIND the waiver that was sent to them, and now I am just taking out my anger on every review site I can find to possibly prevent another poor unfortunate soul from experiencing this.
To conclude, I know I will receive some generic response from the oh so wonderful JustFly social team about how they will "look into it" and I will "be contacted by email or phone" and everything will turn out just hunky-dory but I really just want my money back. Also, I want the world to know what a sad excuse for a company JustFly is. Seriously, just buy tickets from the airlines website because nothing is worth the headache that this company has caused.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
