I called and was told one price then another. After being put on the phone for an hour and she kept changing flights, I didn't even get a flight. I was told a supervisor would call and no one ever did. It's clear that you guys do not care about your customers at all and I will be posting this review on other sites. As a struggling student attending the U of M, I quit my job to focus on my studies! So I was pleasantly surprised at your prices and decent hours to fly. This is the second time I've used JustFly, and again it listed the least expensive prices for flights that I could find online. The site is quick to load and easy to use, and the search lists the price I'll pay, so I'm not shocked by the total at the end.
Did not realize that we would be charged for choosing seats until after we had already chosen them. Good thing we noticed that the total price had quietly updated before we confirmed the reservation.

Some of the emails seemed to be hype- saying prices were going down for a limited time, and then were exactly the same price. Also the flight I purchased is a "Basic" flight, apparently (which I now got the emails about) and so if I want to take a carry on I have to play more and other things that it would have been nice to know that everything would be an "upgrade" which is surprise since the flight was not super cheap in the first place... Maybe that is just how the industry is, but it seems to be nickel and diming the customer, which iseems petty.
Everything from start to finish was quick, clear, and easy. I didn't have to stop and figure out what I was supposed to do next or how to get there - the site led me. And I felt I understood what my choices were and to what I was agreeing.

I needed to get good accommodations in Paris after not traveling there for many years on business alone. Justify did that for me with excellent Flights with Corsair out of Montreal to paris and finding my hotel which I stayed at 10 years ago at a competitive rate and a rental car as well. Thanks for Justify and I am all set for my business trip.
