I used Just Fly to purchase my ticket in June. I received a call that my mom had passed. A week after mom's burial, my children called to inform me that their father was under Hospice care. I quickly called the airline and they changed my ticket at no additional charge.

Found the flight that I wanted, put in my credit card info, when I hit submit, it said that the flight is no longer available. When I backed out, I found another flight, did the same thing with the same outcome. I was not able to get the ticket I wanted, but I was still charged. When I called to get this resolved, (after the almost hour wait on hold) they told me it was the airlines fault and I would have to call them to get it resolved. I never gave any of my info to the airline, just to JustFly. So after calling the airline and getting a much more professional customer service agent, I am getting my refund in 7-10 business days all no thanks to JustFly. The airline even told me that JustFly has this happen a lot and next time to book directly through the airline. Lesson learned. JustFly makes mistakes and blames the customer. Horrible business practice. I am pretty easy going and would not have left a bad review if there was some attempt to fix the situation, instead they pawned it off on someone else that I never gave my payment information to. Very disappointed.
I am very happy with their service, I got my tickets on time and when I called to ask questions they responded to everything I was concerned about great place to get tickets I strongly recommend.
Easy to maneuver and get the VERY best price. It was cheaper to fly on a major airline using your service, than it was to contact a low frills airline from the "other" airport that I would prefer NOT to use. Now, I am able to get where I want to go, from the airport that I REALLY like, for a cheaper price! I'm ALL happy!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
