Have tried with other sites but JustFly was the easiest and at the best price. I will be booking my flights with this site from now on.
I booked a flight with both Delta and UA. It was very easy to navigate the webpage and did not take as long as I expected.
I see no point in using this site in the future. The price of the flight was no different than if I would have booked it directly through the airline, and then I would have been able to enter my TSA precheck number without immense hassle and been able to check in and confirm my seat more than an hour before the flight. There is no upside that I can see to booking through this website, only downside.
The agent did not speak English clearly at all. I spent an hour on the phone having her repeat herself. The experience was horrible.
As I'm writing this review I've been in a call for over two hours with their customer service. I have been calling them every day for the past few days to change my father's return flight. My father is a 72 year man suffering from a hearth condition that has to change his return flight because his sister is now in the hospital with a critical condition. I have been asked to send their medical records so they would wave their fees. Mind you, I had to call the hospital overseas, with 9 hours of time difference, get permission to release my Aunt's medical records then translate and send medical information to JustFly so they would change the flight and wave the fees. After running around and getting all these information for the past few days, and being on the hold with their customer service for 2 hours, they have just told me that unless there is a death in my immediate family they can't do anything. To say that to someone who has been on the phone for over 2 hours, has been sending them documents for the past few days based on their request AND has two sick family members in critical condition is not only inhumane and insensitive is plain stupid. If you want to waste your time, money, and love gray hair work with them. The best part was when I asked to be forwarded to a supervisor or manager their customer service person claimed that she doesn't have a boss- that was a first! I asked her if she was the CEO and she said no, so I wrote their CEO an email. Lets see if he responds.
Excellent price, quite easy to book, but not able to choose seats via the site. In order to do that, one would have to go to the airlines site, create an account and log in. Further, JustFly's confirmation code MIGHT or might not be the same code the airline uses. So, that is not seamless.
Still, very convenient and smooth interface.
This is my very first purchase at JustFly and I am happy that I got a very good price and option of selecting seats. Somehow I couldn't update frequent flyer no. For Air India as it was not listed but still good.

Great price, no bad experiences except for Delta's customer service at RDU airport. As a Grandmother to Hannah ( booked ticket in her name), I am disppointed that our local Delta service counter is at the point of being nasty- on the two occasions we have asked questions of them. Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
