But I wanted to change my coming back time and u charge $150 which I think is ridiculously because I called the very next day when I saw it. If it was still available I didn't see a problem. I understand the cheap prices but u need to accommodate your customers a little bit better.
I was able to search flights from different destinations compare the prices and see the availability. My First Choice was available the price was excellent and it was to the Airport I wanted to Land at. I was very satisfied with my experience.

On my previous booking I did not catch the reservation as basic economy and what that meant. That was probably my oversight. After I learned what that meant I took a closer look at the reservation I just made. It is also basic economy. Maybe that alert could have a little more color to it or something that makes it a little bit more prominent that you're selecting a basic economy and the restrictions that are included. Otherwise the website works good my travel plans are made and I look forward to traveling.
The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star entry is that I'd appreciate a wee bit more details of the flight seating and baggage policies. Otherwise, a very easy transaction.
I found a great deal on two tickets on United, labeled as "basic economy", but it never said the exceptions and one of them is that with that rate I can't choose my seats. I'm traveling with a minor child and can't sit far from her. The website should have been more clear about the exceptions before you buy a ticket that is not refundable.
I always get the best price from justfly. Also you can reach customer service very easily and talk with representative very fast instead of talking to robot.

My daughter and I traveled to Africa and insured our trip in June. From no fault of ours we missed our return flight... I called JustFly and they regretted to tell me there was NOTHING they could do! Not even book us another ticket as they do not book same day tickets. (Claimed this was their policy... Grace a supervisor there told me later this is not the case.) I called the travel insurance and each airline company who we were to fly with and each one told me the only thing we could do is call them again and beg for them to book us another ticket. I finally got on the phone with a human at JustFly and she booked us two return tickets all to get an email 23 minutes later that they had cancelled our tickets! For NO reason. I called my credit card company to make sure there was no problem with the transaction. They informed me my credit card was never even attempted to be charged. I was in tears. I called JustFly back and asked what the problem was and begged her to rebook our tickets. Again she informed me that she was unable to book same day tickets. I ended up having to go inside the airport and buy return tickets at the counter. I spent hundreds of dollars on my cell phone bill being on the phone for over 2 hours through the entire ordeal. When we got home I called JustFly certain that they would shed some light on the cancelled flights and "policies" that were misinformation. Grace the "only"
Supervisor who would take the time to speak with me apologized and said there was NOTHING they would do. Absolutely NOTHING. NEVER fly with this company! EVER! I have traveled the world with my kids and have NEVER had any negative experience with a travel booking company!

When I researched cheap flights.com, I made my request for flights to Rome. The 1st listing of comparison was JustFly. The price was great... I decided to look no further with wasting time and getting lost on the internet. Booked it fast... I'm thrilled.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
