I booked a round trip ticket to Tokyo but had to change the return date. I was told on the phone that the times would be the same but when one day later I got the confirmation, I suddenly had a ten hour layover.
I called to say this was a mistake and could this be rectified. I was told that it couldn't because it had already been changed. When I explained that these were not the flights they confirmed on the phone I got no where.
I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with PJ who said he would send me an email that I could reply to and have this investigated. I'm still waiting.

Customer service takes hours-- mostly to tell you bad news or a too expensive fine. My mom's 90th bday festivities needed to be earlier than original booking and so the current the cancellation flight cost $275! Because original half flight ticket booked months ago $187 (wouldn't allow replacement/cancel) so now I have paid both $187 & $146 for same destination ticket 5 days earlier. Justfly could have profited by trading in my ticket (+$41)-could still have made a profit but instead now the already-paid $187 seat goes unused because I needed a different date to accommodate possibly last birthday of my 90-year old mom. Empathy is a good feature for a company if they are in it for the long haul. It's annoying to pay 2x! Now one seat goes unused ($187) that I'm sure could have been resold at another Jetfly profit! I don't understand why good customers are not a priority ona business like this. That's a good way to lose customers-especially repeat ones! Difficult and time-consuming to actually get through toCustomer Service also not great feature. I would like to recommend to friends & family but not sure if I can now.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
