Best prices anywhere! It was very quick and easy to book my trip and I got the best prices hands down of any other site.
My problem was addressed successfully but the agent was hard to understand. It took some effort on my part. I assume it's an outsourced service in another country.

Everything was smooth. One thing confused me: I paid one amount on JustFly but my bank account reflected two lesser individual charges. So I added them together and they equaled the total singular amount I paid on JustFly. For some reason it processes as two. Not an issue, just a heads up would have been appreciated (unless I missed that note somewhere in the fine print).
I was able to book online for a last minute flight while at the airport. I was able to get a reasonable price and I was also able to do standby for an earlier flight!

I called the day leaving Toronto to switch my timing since I was sick and the man said I canceled my insurance and accused me of calling in and doing it. I was mortified with his accusation because I would NEVER cancel my insurance. I kept being put on hold then transferred to a supervisor. Supervisor didnt help and said they canceled my insurance because the rate went up and they sent me an email. I never received an email. Till this day I keep looking for it. I told the supervisor that I never received it and im not lying and he then says well hes not lying either. What sort of customer service is this? Terrible, will never ever purchase or go through this again.
Haven't flown yet but booking on line was very easy. Flight schedules simple to understand. I will certainly use just fly in the future. I will also recomend them to all my family and friends.
Justfly had a great great price, was easy to book, and yet did not make clear that there airline restrictions. I did not know that there were basic and standard economy tickets and wasn't given the option to get a standard ticket. Not being able to have a carry-on is ridiculous. Also, contacted Justfly, in 4 hour window to cancel and they told me it would be up to 10 days to get my money refunded. On top of it I called the Airline and justfly directly after getting email about the restriction and justfly and airline said the other needed to make the decision if the ticket could be changed or upgraded. Frustrated about all the time spent on phone calls. I think, Next time I'll go directly to the airline and book.
Very quick listing and sorting per flights hours. I can find & compare the flights I wanted easily. The only thing I like to mention here is "flight seats" was not avail to view and choose! I have to pay extra for a seat I wanted but it was chosen randomly by the office and not my choices.

We all dream and save our hard earned money in the hopes of being able to take our family on awesome or unforgettable vacation, someday. But in my personal experience--If it looks or sounds too good to be true, it is definitely a scam. Thinking I was getting a great deal on cheap airline tickets to Cancun, Mexico through Just Fly.Com, a third Party that associates itself with Delta Airlines, I instead got scammed for $1,153.85. Plus, I also got scammed for an additional $61.89 by CSA Travel Protection, as well.
Initially booked my vacation for the month of July, but Justfly.com totally [C]hanged my flight itinerary to the month of April. After buying airline ticket through Justfly.com, Justfly.com then sent an email to confirm the booking times and days in bold print. But both, my wife and I, both failed catch how the actual [M]onth changed last minute, after purchasing our tickets online--it is why the plane tickets were so cheap! Plus, Jusfly.com purposely failed to [B]old the Month of departure, as well.
After arriving at LAX, the real nightmare came when a Delta employee told me that Justfly.com basically sold me 4-plane tickets for the month of April, and not for July. It was that very moment when I realized that I just got scammed-- by Justfly.com. To make matters worse, a Delta employee then told me that, "Since the Delta Airlines was rightful and sole owner of all 4-airline tickets, Delta Airlines had the right to charge me an additional an additional $250 per ticket, plus taxes, if I wanted Delta Airlines to honor the airline tickets, that I bought through Justfly.com. In the end, I had no choice but to walk away because I felt like Delta Airlines were in on the scam too, and were now trying to scam me for more

Delta Airlines openly admitted and informed me that this is a common occurrence, and that people who deal with JustFly.com, or other third-party companies, get robbed for their money all-the-time; but I felt like Delta Airlines was in, and part, of the scam, too. When contacted the insurance company, CSA Travel Protection, to try to get back some of my money. The company basically told me that there was nothing they could do, too. CSA claimed that Justfly.com was responsible, and that I had to address the issue with them, and that it was my fault because I didn't make the flight.
Ever since I got scammed for my money, I have been noticing how news broadcasts are reporting how third parties, like Justfly.com, are constantly targeting people, and how they are falling for cheap airline ticket scams all-the-time-- just like I did! In my honest opinion, you're better off buying airline tickets directly from the airline carriers to avoid being scammed, like I did!

It was easy to find the flight and price I was looking for. They give you a bunch of flights on the day you want to leave, with a bunch of different times. You just have to pick the one you want and away you go.
I got a flight that ended up being canceled. The only other flight to Chicago I could have gotten was for the next day not till 5pm in NYC or another 955pm in Newark. I had to take a $100 dollar amtrack to Philadelphia to fly out the next morning at 7 am and slept in the airport that night because I couldn't afford a hotel room..

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
