Purchased tickets for my family. No where on the site did it say the price did not include seats. You have to pay extra for a seat. Not a premium seat. You pay for the ticket and then you have to pay for a seat. No seats are included in the ticket price. Had I known I would have made a different purchasing choice. Not honest.

This was the third time I have booked with Justfly and each time the experience gets better. I like how the low price you get stays low and doesn't add additinal fairs as you continue on the booking process.
Last month I booked a flight with justfly.ca I then had to change the flight date. They gladly offered to help by changing the date. They said I had to pay the difference for the new flight (understandable) and pay a $150 "change fee". After charging me the difference and the extra $150 they charged me for my original flight. I paid for two one way flights plus $150. Now, justfly is saying too bad and they will not refund any money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They will charge you a "change fee" for simply booking you a new flight. This company is a fraud. After paying $1118 for a $560 flight, I will never book with justfly again.

Guess you get what you pay for. I booked my flight for 4:15Pm and hit the button to confirm to pay for the flight and the flight time changed to 8:55 pm. I was advised that I had to cancel my flight and wait 2 to 10 business days to get my money back but I can reschedule a new flight at this time. I advised customer service I was not comfortable purchasing a new flight with them because their system booked me on flight I did not choose. Only thing they advised me to do was call my bank once I get the confirmation of the canceled flight. Poor Customer service this was my first and last time using this service.

I love that the layover was easy, I didn't have to walk far, no long wait for the plain to taxi, and it was hassle free
Overall excellent airlines and prices to choose from best deals out their hands down no competition with other web sites I always tell friends and family about how amazing just fly is.
Everything went smoothly. No hidden fees & much cheaper than booking through the airline itself. Very straight forward & would definitely use them again when I book my next flight.

Cheap and good flights but my flight was changed already not to happy bout it. It will work out but its nice to know what I'm gonna be traveling my fiancé is in the airforce and we are already having to change what time he picks us up and its hard because now he has to take more time off.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
