Last month I spent 3 weeks with my grandchildren in Norway. My son wanted me to visit and decided to book my flight using JustFly, it was so cheap and convenient. Technology really does wonders nowadays
Awful service. If you are going to change anything in your ticket, you will be charged twice as much money as you have already paid. And the next day, they will send you an email that you have to pay a little more because they made mistake charging you. As a result, my ticket instead of $ 400 cost me $ 897.
Also telephone conversations with the customer service took several hours.
Booked and paid for an overseas trip, they gave me an itinerary that was unusable, Transiting through 2 different airports in Tokyo. They put me on hold for 30 minutes while they "talked to a supervisor" and then refused to give me a refund or a credit. I lost $1050. Run, dont walk, away from this company!
I originally purchased a flight to Portugal for November, counting on my military son to be able to meet me there for a week to visit his 99 year old great grandmother and then return back with me. After purchasing said tickets at a reasonable price my son mentioned that he would no longer be able to go because of a military obligation. I contacted justfly to be able to transfer my tickets for another day since I was not allowed to cancel. I paid a 150 justfly fee and incurred an extra charge of 60 because of the price difference of the flight and a 199 penalty by the airline. That afternoon my son got confirmation that he would now be able to go and I immediately contacted justfly to get the tickets that I originally purchased back. They refunded me the airline penalty and the 60 difference, however, now the seats were no longer the price I got them but instead 250 dollars more. I had incurred the penalty again and the 250 on top of it. This flight with all the charges doubled in price. Now I'm not blaming anyone for the changes but in military life things definitely change from one moment to the next. The fact that I had just changed them that morning and not even 12 hours passed, and now had to pay the 250 more really upset me. I understood the penalty fee, however the over 250 ticket difference really blows my mind and no one can help me get that ticket price back. They said that my seat was sold to someone else. I never had a seat, I never reserved a particular seat, it is just another opening. If it wasn't for losing the cost of two tickets I would have simply just canceled everything because at this point I don't really feel like going anymore knowing that I am paying double what I started with.
When I researched cheap flights.com, I made my request for flights to Rome. The 1st listing of comparison was JustFly. The price was great... I decided to look no further with wasting time and getting lost on the internet. Booked it fast... I'm thrilled.
Online is fairly simple to reserve a flight. Calling sometimes gets you a better deal, but you are not always given true answers. I was told I had seats reserved for my round trip flights and I paid extra to reserve seats for each direction. When I received confirmation, seats were only reserved for one direction. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get reserved seats. I finally cancelled that reservation because they could not guarantee my seats. Then they wanted to charge me. $75 cancellation fee. I had to argue over that to get the fee removed. It was a headache.
Just got into an endless loop of telephone jabber. Finally get to a person and then they can't help and send me back into the loop. You can't get to customer support or billing support directly. I would not recommend this organization.
First time user and everything went well. Would definitely use it again. I hope a lot of people use that site because u get great feedback and quick service. Thank u so much for all your help I would recommend this site to anyone
This company is horrible and I will never use them again. They will scam you out of every penny. On top of all that you can barely EVER get to anyone. Hours on hold to talk to someone that can't even help.
Several months after purchasing an international ticket, I received an email from JustFly saying that my itinerary had been changed and I needed to contact the airlines immediately to resolve complications that it could cause in my travel plans. A change in flight times resulted in only 35 minutes to catch a flight after arriving from an international flight. The airline told me that JustFly needed to make the changes. Contacting JustFly it took 6 phone calls of approximately 45 minutes each to get a new itinerary. I was put on hold repeatedly for indefinite amounts of time, agents had difficulty with English, notes were not passed on from one agent to the next and I had to start at square one repeatedly. There was no way to contact a manager or send a complaint.
I am from Seattle and I had to go on an urgent meeting in Toronto a month ago. It's like crossing the entire continent and my career depended on it. So, I tried booking a flight, but there were so very little options.
Then, I tried JustFly. I don't know if I was just lucky at that moment or it was their very savvy customer service that helped me book a flight. That night I was able to fly to Toronto and make my presentation the next day.
I'm not a fan of online agents because I am used to booking flights with people in front of me, but JustFly just took away my doubts.
This company is a sham and scam. They charge $150 per head per change and refused to help a family with a very ill family member in it make changes to a booking. AWFUL.
Other travel agencies and airlines were thankfully helpful to my friend as was their credit card company.
They may not even have a real merchant account and may be an affiliate reselling other packages. Go with a different site to book flights. This one is horrible.

This is most wicked and unprofessional travel agent I have ever seen and dealt with. I was left stranded in another country. I spent one week calling them but they would not pick up, they only picked up for new reservation call and once they realized that you are calling about existing reservation, they hang up on you and forward your call to a answering machine. I will never buy a ticket from this heartless agent and I will ask anyone to do so.
I was online comparing different prices from different sites and chose Just Fly because their prices were the most affordable! It provided me with more trip options than many of the other sites also! Not to mention, they have car rental and hotel rental available also! I think I will be ordering my tickets through Just Fly from now on. I'm so excited for my birthday trip.

We were robbed almost $2000. 00 dollars! Spirit Airlines even provided them with a valid confirmation number. The major airlines need to block this company from accessing data that aids these scammers!
Do not by any means book your travel through this company. They are not in the business of helping their customers and will nickel and dime you for every small detail. No help whatsoever from United when trying to resolve my issue- 2 companies I will NEVER use again!
I'm active duty military and I bought a cheap ticket from here to go back home. A little over a week before I was supposed to fly out my mother passed away. I called customer service and they recommended I pay and extra so and so dollars to get flight insurance and to call to initiate that insurance so I can get most of my refund. So I did and called to get either a refund or to change my dates. They said it does not apply since her death was before I purchased the insurance. So not only was I out for the plane tickets, they talked me into giving them even more money before telling me I was out of luck. The military paid for my plane tickets home for emergency leave so I left it at that. I have made sure none of my friends purchase a ticket from here since. My flight was back in 2019, and I'm not the type to leave reviews. After so many spam emails from this company I decided to put what I went through out there.
Be warned: this company will charge you more than their esitimate. We were quoted $1300 for 2 round trip tickets, and on the same day JustFly charged us over $1800. They sent no notification about the increase--we found out when the CC bill arrived. JustFly only produced an invoice or me after I complained, but would not refund the overcharge. I was told, after being in a chat with customer service for over 4 hours that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours. $8 hours later, still no call, and no response to multiple followup chats. This company is SHADY
Do not book with these ppl! They did not tell me the airline schedule changed which made me not able to get my connecting flight. They are saying they emailed me multiple times. There's no email. They even confirm my itinerary with the wrong flight information the day before I traveled so I don't understand how they can say they didn't do anything wrong. They are trying to pass it off on the airline which is BS as they are the person I booked with!
Hurricane Irma wiped out St. Martin (and airport). I had to cancel my trip for obvious reasons. JustFly charge me $300 cancellation fee. I challenged the fee and asked for a refund considering the WELL DOCUMENTED situation. Got the run around about not their problem. I don't think the CSR even knew about the Hurricane or where St. Martin is. Still fighting for the refund. Poor way to treat customers in the face of horrible circumstances in the Caribbean. They will not get my business again.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
