I greatly appreciate finding your website in your app. After a very long time single and in Illinois, I have met a wonderful woman in Denver, and because now I am saving hundreds of dollars a year over being kinda taken advantage of by travel agents, I can use the savings towards making special moments with her. They are no help, all they want is your money. I had visa problems and they didn't want to change flight date to a later date, but they would for $2000 more on top of 5,500 I already paid. Company's like this don't care about how hard it is to make money. I will never buy or even look on their site again. Someone needs to do something about this matter, especially when something is out of your control.
Very quick listing and sorting per flights hours. I can find & compare the flights I wanted easily. The only thing I like to mention here is "flight seats" was not avail to view and choose! I have to pay extra for a seat I wanted but it was chosen randomly by the office and not my choices.
The reason I gave this five stars because I did search with other three sites and I chose JustFly which satisfied my schedules and prices.

It has been a nightmare experience with them. Their customer service is an absolute joke where you end up spending 30 minutes on hold only for them to come back and say they cant assist you. I wanted to modify a reservation which I could not ultimately however they made me call them every 24 hours to hear the same that they cant see the fare change. They had restrictions which they never disclosed and in the end wanted me to contact the airlines to disclose the restrictions. I will never book again with them and would strongly advise to not use these unprofessional scammers.
My family and I've been using Justfly for the past 2 years and we're never disappointed finding good deals with flights and hotels. I just happened to buy tickets for the wrong date but I was able to cancel within the allowed time without any questions and I got my money back in 2 days. Very friendly customer service too!
My flight was canceled due to the Corona virus. I have known a lot of people who got their refund back because it is something uncontrollable. I have been calling them everyday they put me on hold for hours saying they will find me someone to help me. They think I will leave my money but this is not happening.
Believe it or not, I have flight benefits resulting from my daughter's airline position. But, as I get older, Stand-By options are less and less attractive. I started buying tickets from JustFly a couple of years ago.

You can find great deals here but the customer service is the worst for this agency. You cannot talk to a real person because they have set up everything so you can only do online. I need to make a flight change and when I tried doing it online it kept on charging me handling fees even though I paid for insurance for changes. I finally tried calling the booking line to talk to an agent which of course they had someone you can talk to there. Willing to take your money but when it comes to resolving a problem no one is there to help you. Once I reached him I told him the situation and he just transferred me to the automated line. Me or my family will never book with justfly again. One of the worst services I have experienced with a flight agency.
I found a great deal on two tickets on United, labeled as "basic economy", but it never said the exceptions and one of them is that with that rate I can't choose my seats. I'm traveling with a minor child and can't sit far from her. The website should have been more clear about the exceptions before you buy a ticket that is not refundable.
I called to ask about a change in my reservation, after waiting on hold for 35 minutes, it finally said "one caller ahead of you." I started at 11 caller ahead of you, so you can imagine my relief when I thought I'd be next, however, next thing I hear is there are 3 callers ahead of me. I was annoyed, but after such a long wait I thought it'd be best to wait. All of a sudden, they end my call and I was never able to resolve my issue.
We booked a flight to Peru with JustFly, and it has been absolutely a nightmare! If you think you are going to save money, RUN! Book yourselves. Ken our customer service rep, said if we needed to contact him, to call *******430, and gave us an ext. Number where he could be reached. If you call this number, they refer you to their online chat. I've tried to get a call back and no one responds to the chat. I waited four hours in front of the computer, NO acknowledgement that the chat was even received. The flight from Peru to LAX now has an 8 hour layover and we have some questions on the billing. Awful, awful company. I have no clue how a company can even stay in business when customers have no way of getting answers. This has been an awful experience. Lastly, we did a comparison with the airline online and JustFly was $500 more! Don't use this company!
I've always driven to my long-distance destination because I can never find a price that I could afford. After looking online I stumbled across some very cheap tickets, this is my first time trying this site and I must say I am a very satisfied customer. No more driving for me.
The most dishonest travel agency. Look for chances to take money from you. I lost 800 dollars and I am a student. When i had time to cancel the ticket, they said they will reimburse in another ticket. Now they are asking for extra $600. Please do not book through them.
Easy to view and book flights. Gives you competitive pricing with different airlines that's all visible on one page. Didn't give 5 stars because when you pay to reserve your seat, you don't always get the seat you pay for - I've had this issue without previous flights I've booked through justfly.

I've never had issues with inputting my card at any flight reservation site. Multiple attempts double checking the number and other details of my card resulted in having to use a non-preferred card for the transaction.
