Shady company. Hidden charges

Shady company that charge you hidden fees.
I bought a ticket on line for a good price of $891.56. Then I received an email saying that my booking didn't go through and they provided a phone number. I called and they "fixed" the problem. However they tell me that "the price of the ticket went slightly up". When I say my credit card statement, I noticed there were TWO charges: one for the ticket ($891.56, so the price DIDN'T go up at all) and then an extra $60. When I called, the first person (John or Joan- the voice was female like, so I'm not sure) hung up on me, the second (Yanni) tried to trick me on the fact that these were part of the ticket. Then she connected me with a supervisor (Erin or Eryn) who told me the same lie and explained to me that those were taxes and fees (which were already itemized under the $891.56, so why the "new" taxes and fees), and refused to refund me those $60.
Of course I will dispute those charges with my bank and of course I will report them to "Better Business Bureau" and "COnsumer Affairs".
But if you buy a ticket through this company, KNOW that hey WILL charge you hidden and undisclosed fees, disguised as the price of the ticket.

Horrible Service

I purchased 5 tickets. When I got he confirmation I realized that one of the passengers middle name was missing. I immediately called and spoke to a representative that said I was able to cancel the reservation because the name had to be exactly like the government issued is and I could repurchase the ticket. I did exactly that to find a charge I was not aware of for 725.00. Called customer service to be told I was overcharged, that I should have only been charged 75.00 per ticket instead of 150.00 that they would issue a credit for the difference. I explained had the rep told me that I would have never canceled my reservation, or only canceled for the one person not the entire thing. Asked to speak to a Manger to be placed on hold for a very very long time, to then be told the manager said they couldnt do anything. DO NOT USE Justfly

Flight cancelled for no reason. No contact, no explanation, no refund. I called 7 times in total as now, they still has not solve their problem. Every custom service speaks with heavy accent that is very hard to understand. They told me to wait, wait and wait... endless wait without response. Worst flight provider I ever seen. No solution! BE AWARE, NEVER use Justfly.com!

Terrible

Beware of this predatory company. I tried to change my flight within 24 hours of purchasing. I realized that Id have to pay the change penalty fee of $150 per ticket. But not only did they charge me the change fee and the price of the new ticket - now they wont even refund me the cost of my first ticket! And they wouldnt even let me speak to a manager. So now Ive payed over double the cost of the tickets. And thats over $1300 in penalty fees. No other booking agency Ive dealt with has ever been so difficult or terrible or charged that much - especially within 24 hours. Now I must dispute the charge with my bank.

1st trip booked is to Las Vegas. After hitting the purchase button I noticed that my correct and legal name (maiden name instead of married name) was wrong on my ticket. I immediately called to switch to the proper name. I was then informed it would be a $75.00 charge, WHAT!? I just made the reservation 5 mins ago, seriously? I asked to speak with a manager and was promptly told that there were none available and if there was, it would result in the same processing fee.
Issue #2
Ticket purchased from Orange county SNA to JFK. Purchased at one price and I receive a notification from Justfly that fairs have dropped, so I checked it out and sure enough it's $65.00 less. I called to have them refund me the difference and was told absolutely no way that was going to happen. Mind you I purchased the ticket on Oct. 4th, 2017 and today is Oct. 28th, 2017, not even a full month and they refused to price match. Again, the representative was less than helpfull. NEVER AGAIN and i will inform everyone I come in contact with just how horrible this company is to deal with!

When you book the ticket online, they tell you free cancellation within 24 hours. When you cancel the ticket, they charge you $75 per passenger for cancellation. Called the customer service, they said you were asked to purchase "extended cancellation policy" in order to be eligible for free cancellation. Give me a break, what a misleading website. Do they understand what free cancellation and extended means? Of course, they do. The whole company just want to trick you. I am sure they made lots of money through cancellation fee. The representative is nice, but insist for the cancellation fee. If I am the employee, I will do it to generate profit for my company. I will rate this website as -5 star if they have this option.

Scam! Do not use!

We booked a trip with them via kayak and never received a confirmation email. When we called 24 hrs later, the customer service rep said it was in the process of being confirmed. A day later, we received an email that the whole trip was cancelled. My husband called to complain and they said we knew it was cancelled when we called them, which is a lie. The agent assured us the tickets would be forthcoming. Such a scam. Now the fare is no longer available due to their ineptitude.

I don't remember how I ended up with JustFly since I started my search with Kayak. I was glad to find non-stop options at a good price. Booking was simple 'cause I didn't have to provide passport information, however, I found that the airline needed it when I was checking in online. Overall a good experience for what could have been a very expensive trip.

Bought tickets to bring friend from Ghana. After purchase, 3 days before she was to leave, we was informed Ghana would not honor internet purchased tickets. When I called just fly, they knew this issue but sold the tickets anyway. Then refused a refund on tickets and charged another $150 to cancel tickets. Beware don't use them. BBB has several complaints also, I should have read before purchasing.

Can I give ZERO stars?

This is one of the most vile travel agencies I've ever had to deal with. They refused to change my hyphenated last name on the booking information. The tickets are of no use. I requested to cancel because I would not be able to board since they refuse to change the name and they want to charge a fee to give me a voucher which I cannot use because it is not under the correct name! I asked to speak to manager and was placed on ridiculously long holds only to be dropped after 10 minutes of waiting. Absolutely horrible customer service. They will steal your money!

Filipinos they are the worst. Whoever is running this travel agency the cheap bastards hire Filipinos that they pay them little so that we have to put up with this rubbish. Ive had to hang up on and call for another agent because i cant understand the 1st one who picked up the phone. Thats just the start. Now they have my first and last name correct, my spouses' name is correct but even though we both are on the same reservation as spouses that dummy put my wifes middle name for the last name and the last name "same as mine" he put it on the spot of the middle name. After i review this 3 times he still managed to get it wrong I know they have this recorded. That's how he got the spelling right after all the reviews we did, but got, but that idiot put it in the wrong place. Not being advised to notify them in 24 hours if they made a mistake. Now they want to charge 250 which is more than the cost of the ticket. Me paying a fee for their screw up. I did not type it, they did. My job is to provide the information then pay. All which i did so why the bloody hell should anyone pay a fee for someone else's mistake? You order food at a restaurant the order comes wrong and do you pay for the second plate with the order correct plus the one they got wrong?

Ticket Refundable
October 20, 2017

I had to cancel my refundable ticket and I paid 300 for cancellation fees. After I cancelled and paid the cancellation fee my checking account was debited immidiaetely
I received an email from them that I will have back my credit on 7 workings days, guess what never happened I called them and now they are telling me that their policy for refund is from 6 to 8 weeks. I don't recommend Justflly at all

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. They canceled my reservation WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I went to the airport and was told that JUSTFLY had VOIDED my reservation. I checked my email to see why and there was NOTHING. Only the CONFIRMATION email from over a month ago. When I called customer service, they did NOTHING but talk in circles. I had to purchase an entirely new and very expensive ticket and run to catch the flight. My wife then spent another three hours on the phone with 3-4 different agents (after clearing security questions that authorized her to speak on my behalf). The second agent told her they had made a mistake and sent the cancellation email to the WRONG email address. A MISTAKE on the part of JUSTFLY. When she was transferred to the "supervisor" named, Lee, employee number 3390, with the intention of at least getting a voucher for the major inconvenience and cost, he told her he could do NOTHING because he needed to speak to me. I was already on a plane and she had already been APPROVED by the first 2-3 agents to make this call. He refused to help. She even asked him to listen to the recorded conversation in which she was approved to make the call AND in which another representative admitted to the MISTAKE of sending the cancelation to the WRONG email address. Will never book again. JustFly cost me a lot of money, wasted time and much aggravation. At the very least, they should have given me a voucher. Beyond frustrating.

My boyfriend and purchased plane tickets through Just fly 5 months ago. We picked our seats at the time of purchase and even paid extra for an aisle seat. When we checked in on line this morning before our flight our seats were apart. When we called Virgin airlines we were told that when you purchase through just fly that the seats are not guaranteed, it is listed in their fine print.
