We booked a flight through them and when we got the itinerary, it was incorrect. Calling the customer service to fix this was a headache and all that was offered was to cancel the ticket for a $75 fee. Not acceptable. We were put on hold for an extended period of time when we asked to speak to a supervisor (after being told it would be a 3 - 5 min wait). They want us to pay for their mistake. We don't recommend using this site.

This is the worst website I have ever seen till date. Last month due to some personal emergency I had to travel from USA to India and I booked my flights of Qatar airways through Justfly(with in 12 hrs booking), after booking Justfly sent a confirmation email about my bookings and as I mentioned earlier I had to travel due to my personal emergency so I started packing things for my trip, then after 1 hr I thought let me reserve my meals and seats I opened my email then I found one more email from Justfly by saying "Your Booking Has Been Canceled
Your reservation has been fully cancelled and the charges have been reversed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 days for the changes to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Were sorry your plans didnt work out. When youre ready to book a new trip, well be happy to help." What the hell? My mom got expired and my family was waiting for me over there to do final rituals and here Justfly cancelled my bookings... how should I've felt? I called justfly's customer care and all they could say is sorry and we can't help you!
Never trust this website... they are big cheaters!

Unfortunately as a travel agency, the system can not always confirm same day bookings as it is too close to departure. First email that was sent to you was a notification email advising we have received your request, that email did not include your electronic ticket number. Only once you receive the electronic ticket number is when the ticket is confirmed.

I purchased the Seat reservation as well as the extended cancellation policy.
The airline had no record of a seat reservation!
When I called Justfly to see what it would cost to cancel (Since I had paid for cancelation protection) First thing that came on the message was a fee of $250 + Airline fee for cancelation! When an operator cam on the phone they said that the cancelation protection was only for 24 Hrs.
In Both cases I was told that it was in terms and privacy that I should have read. (The very find print.)
I also found going directly to the airline I could have gotten a better deal. (Pay attention to all the other poor reviews! I would have given a ZERO if possible)

It took hours on the phone and many phone calls. Imagine our headaches and dismay! Just Fly told us to call the airline. The airline told us to call JustFly. Nobody took responsibility for the issue of our vacation flight being cancelled. Finally our airline took care of the issue. JustFly did not earn our confidence or money. This is the last time we use JustFly.

The justfly service was great. Easy to use and the user interface was easy to navigate.
The only complaint and not really sure if justfly could have done anything about it but I selected a flight with an air carrier that went bankrupt so it was nerve racking because I had no idea if my return flight was going to be canceled while I was traveling. It would be great if justfly could exclude airlines that are about to go bankrupt or near bankrupt from their search engine. Or the very least have a warning come if a customer decides to select said airline.

It was easy! I booked through kayak and just fly--from burlington to NYC. I wish prices were lower for last minute flights bc i take them a lot!
Ended up cancelling this flight the day of trip. Had to book on another airline on the spot. Status of flight was completely incorrect. Not aware of delays, serious delays, as in six hours.
