I had to cancel a flight and was told i would be credited the amount of the original cost, using my original confirmation #. When I wanted to use my "credit" on another flight, the price of the ticket was increased to the amount of my "credit," nullifying the credit. Customer Service and multiple supervisors were of no help in correcting this issue. What started as a $246.45 R/T flight ended up costing me over $600, with the use of my $246.45 "credit." I opted to walk away and call the airline directly, which was offering the same flight at $310.00.

I know there is a reasonable price, but at your own RISK! The customer service at Justfly purposely wastes your time especially eating your money. Remember the Justfly is a third party which means doesn't want any financial responsibilities for any reasons and didn't give you a full information for a minor passenger. The customer service did not help you to save money and help you to LOSE more money if you want to HOLD the ticket for a year! $150 per passenger for a change due to any unexpected situations that is NOT your fault. It's your own responsibility to research on the airline, travel insurance AND countries where you plan to fly. Remember it's on your OWN risk and don't expect to get any helps from Justfly period! I'm speaking from my personal experience which is so horrible that Justfly didn't inform me properly about some countries that required for a minor passenger other than just passport and visa! It's worse than Expedia or Hopper because they don't charge you for the ticket changes fee. Any purchases from Justfly.com is at your OWN risk and worth your membership of direct airlines to save you a lot of headaches financially. The customer service is NOT helping you!

I purchased international flight through justfly.com w/ CSA insurance, after 2 weeks upon checking my email i received promotional offers, upon browsing justfly website I found very reasonable travel duration. Since I wasn't sure what to do on how to cancel and i tried to figure out some math so I called the 1800numbers. I spoke the customer support it seems very helpful but they were providing me the wrong information. The person I spoke with, they were telling me that they need the credit card security code in order they can process the refund or travel credit which is i don't mind having the travel credit but the travel credit they can only used same airline diffrent time is not make sense, So I told them that i wanted my refund so their response was i need to provide the credit card security code. After the cc confirmation they were instructed me to call the insurance company to a file claim, to process the refund. I was like what? I have no idea that the reason they were asking credit card security code because they were charging the amount of $150.00 I was totally clues of all fees.
So I called the insurance to file a claim but so much chaos the CSA insurance agent was rude and they were intimidating, and they told me that I am not qualified for the claims.
Now I dont know whats my options. I am so frustrated The customer support needs more knowledge especially about the charges of the credit card.The customer needs more clarification and more specific questions and more understanding about the passenger future chargers. Please stay away with Justfly customer support and CSA insurance it's totally scam and stressful

Overall it was a good booking experience. Wanted to change flights dates but was too difficult to change minor flight dates and fees were outrageous.
I will never book with Justfly ever again. After spending $2000 on a flight for my father to Somalia, he decided he wanted to stay longer and change his return date on his flight from November to January. I have literally been on the phone with them for the past week and not even a supervisor has been able to help me. I spent hours on hold and my fathers original return date is coming soon and I still haven't been able to change it. I don't understand how they have flights available on their website but you try to book with an agent, they tell you there NO FARES AVAILABLE. Supposedly they have been trying to get in contact with the Airlines but this is just a disaster. The worst experience ever!

I wanted to make a domestic flight change to my international itinerary and even received approval from the airline that flew both portions of the trip. I had the airline on the line and conferenced justfly and even when the airline told the justfly customer service agent that it was doable and they can go ahead and process it. The justfly customer service agent transferred me to another agent whom was supposed to process the change and the agent would still not. There is an obvious lack of communication with the agents, 3-5 minute hold times with every inquiry you make and keep you on hold and give the run around every chance they get to tire you and make you fed up to hang up on your own. JUSTDONT DO IT AND PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE. #LESSONLEARNED

No 24 hour cancellation-- Their well advertised EXTENDED CANCELLATION POLICY must be purchased for $20 per passenger (in fine print). A 24 hour (free) cancellation policy is an industry standard/legal requirement for airlines but Justfly asks you (in small print) to purchase the option to change or cancel your reservation within 24 hours. That means ANY mistake in your reservation- misspelled name, wrong date, ect. You will have to pay their $75 per passenger fee to correct. Doesn't matter if you call 1 minute after you completed your booking, they will charge that fee.
Prepare for long waits for unhelpful customer service. Customer support and management responses are well practiced (they must get this complaint alot considering the blatant false advertising).
Their prices are the same as you can find on other sites, including direct from the airlines. Book your flights through a more reputable booking site- Priceline, Orbitz, Direct from airlines. Shady tactics, crappy customer service and average prices aren't worth the headache.

This is a terrible travel website with massive hidden fees. If you have any issues with your trip, the customer service agents are extremely unhelpful and dismissive. In short, they just dont care about their customers or retaining any business. The best way they have of making a profit is gouging their customers with unnecessary fees, so I guess I shouldnt be surprised.
Go with a larger, more established travel website like Orbitz, who have reasonable and established timelines and fees. I wish I would have.
I purchased several international tickets with Justfly. Two of the child passengers were unable to fly so we canceled tjier tickets, which were refundable. I was advised there would be a $150 cancellatiin fee but was never informed of a second $175 fee. This was definitely a hidsen fee. Each ticket was purchased at $505 and when cancelled I was charged $150 automatically within minutes of the cancellation per ticket, so a total of $ 300 on my original form of payment. This in itself caused me an issue being the money was not in my bank account and cause my account tongo negative. No one informed me that the $300 would be charged right away, in fact the way the agent explained it I would be decduted from the ticket amount ( $505). I contacted justfly once again to get an explanation of the charges and this is when they explained the $300 was charged upfront and that I will be refunfed $323 per ticket because there is anotger $175 charge from the airline that will be deducted from the $175. So after all the hidden fees my refund anmount is $180 per ticket from the $505 we originally paid. This is a scam, misrepresentation of cost and false advertisement. This company robbed me.
Wait don't book ticket thro' justfly, number one B. S website to book your ticket, They mention in there website that If you book ticket and change your mind you just have to pay $19.99 and you covered but than it say only for 24 hours once paid $19.99 so this is another technic to rip off money, also within 24 hour I call atleast an hour or more before to cncel my ticket because after entered all the information they give you lowest price and once you book it they give or change the date as per there availability and we in rush do not pay attention and than you screwed up. So many flaws and gimmic, so please don't used justly fly to book your ticket. Trust me.
I booked a flight through Hipmunk.com. I've used Hipmunk for years to search and book flights. This was the first time I experienced Hipmunk using Justfly.com to book the flights. Getting the flights to Justfly was fine. They sent an email confirmation with Confirmation #s for each flight and summary of times. All set. I go to the airline to check in for the flight and they have no record of the confirmation. I call Justfly customer service and the Customer Service rep could barely talk. She was horrible. She said I had to call the airline's customer service department. I called them again and they had no record of the flight. I was booked on a different airline on the return leg. I called that airline, too, and they had no record of my confirmation of the flight. I will never use Hipmunk and Justfly again to book flights.

I purchased 2 round trip tickets from LAX to SFO and at time of purchase was told on the website that the two tickets would cost $156.80 which included taxes + fees. When I checked my bank account there were two charges. One for $156.80 charged from "Virgin America" and an extra charge of $23.90 from "JustFly". This fee was never reflected on the checkout screen, there was no mention of an extra fee anywhere on screen! When I received my receipt it does not reflect this hidden fee either! This is completely shady and uncalled for! I tried to get a hold of their customer service representative but was stuck on an endless cycle of their automated system which made it impossible to get an actual human being on the phone. I called countless times and was unsuccessful in getting someone on the phone and was ultimately hung up on by their automated system! Now I'm worried if these tickets are actually legit and was hoping to surprise my BF!
