First and last interaction with JustFly. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Was booked for February instead of March and I did confirm my itinerary at the end of the call. Called the following day when the mistake was realized and the customer service agents continued to lie to me about flights and costs. I had to fight with them to keep the same flight times on the correct date and had to confront the agents about flight times. When confronted they stated that those flights were only for "new" reservations. I was finally able to get the switch and was informed that It was going to be a $400 charge on top of my $375 ticket making my total cost $775. This could have been an easy fix and an incredibly grateful customer but they hung their hat on my verbal approval.
Made reservations for my friend and I, for flights from MSP to CAK. Put the reservations through. Only one went through. Called to see what went wrong. Redid mine as we are talking. They screwed it up... my flight was for 4 hrs later. And more expensive. Oh, we can cancel yours for $75., and rebook. I said! You made the mistake, and now Im supposed to pay the 75? Talked to 2? Supervisors? And both just kept saying you can cancel and rebook for $75 (thats their most used line to customers! I think.) ended up with absolutely no help, no tickets, a terrible headache! And $150. In cancellation fees. I will tell anyone and everyone I know NEVER EVER use justfly to book anything. And of course, I dont see any negative reviews on the justfly web site.

I just bought 3 tickets for 86.04 with tax included and they charged my card $378.00 - I called and the first agent tried to do the math and said you bought 3 tickets for $86.04 plus $20 insurace -and thats why is $378 Can you believe this? Them after a long conversation and my requests to credit the balance they over charged- he finally complied with my request to speak to a supervisor with the advice that his supervisor was going to tell me the same thing he did. So, the supervisor had me for almost 2 hours trying to get a solution and after several holds- asked me if I went to another website becaue it seemsd I was charged $33 fee dor reservation. Even when she tried for me to say yes I dd not go to amy otber website. After 2 more long hold on the line, she came back to say I had agreed on purchasing the tickets for $109. And that she will send me the screen shots. That is ridiculous - how did I agree buying the tickets for $109 when I selected the one for &86.04a they have their sustem set up in a way that it changes after you already provoded them qith a credit card number. BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU. Of course, they only have good reviews on their website, but so not have a way for anyone to write a new and real review - so I give 0 star but you dont have that option-

First time and last time I will ever book with JustFly. The refund policy, is Just-Fly-Wrong! DO NOT BUY THE INSURANCE they try to push on you. It is a scam. I wanted to refund my flight within 24 hours, and yes, I will get a full flight refund, but they still charge $75/per person cancellation fee.
Just Fly is Just Wrong and I will NEVER EVER book from them EVER again. DO NOT TRUST JUST FLY!
I will only use the many other travel sites I have been very very happy with in the past: Travelocity, Booking, Priceline, Cheapflights!

We understand how plans can change at any moment which is why it is important to purchase insurance however, CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. I found a flight on Justfly.com on 11/20/17 that showed 3 tickets available for $510.10 so I booked my flight! Sounded great until I see the charge for $605 on my account and look to see if that same flight is available and their website shows 2 flights available for $510.10. So I called into their 1-800 number and get told - "Sorry your flight is already booked, we can cancel your account for $75 and then you can rebook for the $510.10 flight". So basically you want me to pay $75 to book a new flight for $510.10 so that my total in this would be $585.10 instead of $605. Makes a lot of sense! I will never book through this website again. I had high expectations for about 5 minutes on this site. I will just stick to my normal websites. Update as of 11/22/17- I just checked justfly website again and its still showing 2 tickets available for the same flight I chose at $510.10. I appreciate the reply from trustpilot, but knowing that the flights are still available on the website and I got charged an extra $95 is pretty sad. Again I will never do business with justfly.com again.

The customer service finally called me about their mistake but the they still need to charge $100 for cancellation penalty by airline as they said. I told them I feel something went wrong when I booked the flight and I contacted them to do the confirm check. At that time, I didn't need to pay the penalty fee if I cancel the booking but I need to pay the $150 fee from their end. And Justfly didn't refund me back the Seating Assignment Fee $16.95. So I totally need to pay $116.95 as I cancel the flight.

When i booked the air ticket, it showed i book the premium economy class. However when i called the air flight company, they told me my ticket is just for the economy class. So the JUSTFLY is lie to me! I also asked for the e-ticket number from the air flight company, i found out the e-ticket number is different than the JUSTFLY. I call JUSTFLY to cancel my fight because of their fault and they keep want me to pay the cancellation fee. I absolutely do not pay for it. First time book an air ticket and want to cancel it. Justfly tried to get your money and give you something that is not as what you want. When you want to cancel it, then they can still take money from you even the problem is from their end. I will going to do want I can do to get back my money. Don't trust this website. It just a fake and make you more nervous for you trip,
Unless they give you a stellar deal and you know you won't change your ticket I wouldn't recommend purchasing through Justfly. I did once and will not be doing it again. Unfortunately I had to change my flight and they levied a much higher ticket change fee (fee other than the difference in fare) than what the airline does. Suspect they tacked on an additional amount in the fare difference, but that's harder to tell on the outside. Their online portal for flight changes didn't work and their call-in customer service is pretty terrible to boot. No love for them.
I found this new website with reasonable price, so I decided to book 3 international flights with them, all done. After my mother got her visa to visit us and an OK to fly from her doctor, we were so happy that (hopefully) she could come back along with us. We called just fly and wanted to book her one way ticket. It didnt work out to book her on same flight with us! She is 64 years old, had a stroke, recovered well but still some side effect, she cannot speak any English at all, so she is not to fly on her own through 3 international flights for sure. We were advised by justFly agent to cancel the booking since there is no other option as per the agent. The cancellation fees was 150$ per person which I have agreed, however when I got the receipt of the refund, its a 1000$ deduction! I have called and I was put through different department to finally found out that there is airline charges which 200$ per person which I was nit made aware at all. That when I freaked out. If I know that it will 1000 $ loss I would not cancel it at all and I would have flied my mother another time when I have saved enough money to afford to buy a ticket. I am currently crossing my fingers and waiting for my money to come back as soon as possible to I can book 4 passengers flights, I have also expressed interest if they can understanding and helpful of an elderly lady that needs special care, she cannot fly in her own. If I dont get back my refund urgently, I wont be able to book anywhere else and all my plans for 6th December will be melt away! I need help here pls

I booked the wrong flight and realized 5 seconds after I did it, and when I tried to change it would not let me, called customer service and they transferred me to another department where I was placed on hold for 45 mins and I eventually hung up. I had to cancel and was charged $75! So I went to airline directly and booked exact flight justfly was offering and the cost was the same! I mean seriously why not allow changes within 24 hours or something like most companies do at no penalty?

! Booked my reservation two months ago taking children to see their grandmother for Christmas, but the flight was subsequently cancelled for no reason. In my hurry to book the flight i added a 10 hour overnight lay over. I did not notice the difference until i checked itinerary today. When called the airline they said that was 25$ fine per ticket but they would gladly change ticket, unfortunately since i purchased ticket via Justfly they would have to do it. After 45 minutes on the phone with several Justfly technicians promising change is in the process, the last escalation to a Carl told me it would be 200$ per ticket penalty + any difference in flight prices! I can actually buy this ticket directly from the airline today for less than 2400 $ paid Justfly. Really!

Attempted to cancel flight as I knew I would not be able to fly (wasnt looking for a refund - simply wanted to cancel it online). Instead my card was charged an extra $150 to receive "travel credit". I called to have this reversed and they would not work with me. Have raised a fraud claim with my credit card company.

Please note that all fare rules come directly from the airline and not JustFly as an agency therefore if the airline makes the ticket non-refundable and only applicable for a credit, this will be the only option available to you.
When cancelling a booking only, you will be advised that there is a $150 cancellation fee. In this box, there is an option to click "use existing card" or "use a different card", once this option is chosen, you will then have to accept the terms to cancel and click "confirm cancellation" All information concerning cancellation fees is mentioned prior to cancellation. The fees are also mentioned in your email confirmation as well as in our Terms & Conditions.

This has been a total disaster from the minute I hit click! First they quote 1 price but if you select your seat you don't know until they have charged your card they charge $52 additional dollars for this selection per leg. 2nd they moved my grand daughters surgery up so I had to fly out a day early they couldn't find the reservation, when they did find it they charged an additional $75 to cancel and held a credit for future use within 18 months. While they were trying to find my reservation I was on aair.Com and booked the flight I needed for 100.00 less than I originally paid over a month ago. 3. At 4am the day of my return flight they are rushing my grand daughter back to ER I call American release my afternoon flight and they can get me on amother flight a couple of days from now for a little of nothing, I explained and she said yes if you have a credit call them first. 4. Nightmare continues repeat step 1 can't find reservation! Ugh not surprised. Now there is a charge to use the credit and because I booked a Roundtip I am not allowed to use the credit for a one way! WHAT? Are you serious i'm not asking for cash back just use the credit to pay for the return flight. Frustrated I hung up called AAIRLINES back, booked 1 way travel fo what the cancellation cost, boom done. So don't bother you won't save ANY money, you WON'T get the customer service to fly the friendly skies.

I should have read the reviews! Tried twice to book with them, and both times the booking was cancelled AFTER confirmation, because of an "issue" with my card. The second time I even waited on the phone while the charge went through, and the rep said it was fine, and then I received the cancellation email after I hung up. HOWEVER, with bits and pieces of the charges from multiple airlines showing up as pending on my bank account, I called those airlines and found that one charge from the second booking (the return flight!) was still confirmed and we were being charged for it. How the heck are we supposed to use the return flight if we can't even get there? Hoping all charges are successfully reversed soon, so we can use our money elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM JUSTFLY.

This is my story: I asked them to book a flight for me from LAX to Nairobi only for them to send me an email 2hrs later saying that there was a problem with my credit card. Called my bank just to confirm if there were any problems only to be told that THERE WASN'T EVEN A PENDING TRANSACTION. I decided to give it a second try, talked to one of their agents AGAIN, finalized the booking, asked them if there was any way we could find the root of the problem and they said that i just had to wait and see since the problem 'came from my credit card'. I decided to go a step ahead and call the airline directly to see if they could see if the payment was pending and they said that THERE WASN'T A BOOKING. JUST MY NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH! So then i called the customer service and asked to speak to their supervisor/manager and guess what? The rep literally told me that he won't connect me and that customers have limitations to their requests and they can't just speak to the manager. THEN HE HUNG UP!

Justfly has to be the worst travel site on the web. They made a mistake on my booking and forced us to pay $125.00 in fees to change one letter in our name.
We spent 6 hours on the phone multiple times being transferred from one unhelpful outsourced employee to the next.

The worst travel experience of my life and I haven't even flown anywhere. I have paid more for this trip than any other flight so I can be with my family as I get married and be with them all for Christmas. After the airline changed one flight I have made over 7 calls to try to have flights that will connect and not overlap. Over the course of three weeks I have spent hours on the phone on hold or listening to the JustFly script. I feel for the men and women stuck on the looped script while achieving nothing for customers. JustFly you have tarnished a trip I should be excited about. A wedding and Christmas with my family are precious moments. The travel there should not have this impact. Anyone reading this should avoid using this company at all costs. Saving a few dollars is nothing compared to the waste of time, energy and stress JustFly has caused me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE JUSTFLY.

On 11/12/2017 I was doing a search on cheap flights for a trip to Los Angeles during December 2017. One of the sites that came up was "JustFly" so I did a search as I was doing some comparison on several sites. Well needless to say I got an email from JustFly with booking information, and charges. I called the 800 number immediate to talk to someone about what was going on. The Justfly representative did not tell me his name when I asked him, so anyway I informed him that there shouldn't been any booking as I have not made my decision yet. He said he would cancel and any charges will be credit back to my card. I was happy to hear that so I would have to cancel my card and go threw the extra stuff of filling fraud, etc. However the JustFly representative ask for my security code on the back of my card then he charged me additional $225.00 I knew because I got a notification from my bank of a credit charge. When I asked him about it he tried to deny it then said it was part of him taking care of the un-authorize charge that I initially called about because there was a booking. I explain to him again that was the whole reason for my call as there should not have been any booking.
I explain to him that his method was despsive and falls under the line of fraud, because he lead me to believe he needed my secure code of the back of my card to take care of the initial charge but he was really getting it to charge me $225 to take care of the initial charge. I have called my bank and cancel my card and filled a Fraud claim against JustFly because I did not authorize any charges.
Do not use these guys they are FRAUDS
I have medical issues and had to change my flight, they are charging me $616 for what the airline says $300. This is highway robbery at it's finest.
Choose one of the real players, expedia, Travelocity, etc... they don't gauge sick people
