I am very satisfied with my experience with Justfly. I booked 2 separate destinations with Justfly this year - India in February and Thailand in October. Prices were very good and I was contacted by Justfly as well as the airline when flight times changed. I recommend Justfly to make airlines reservations.

So when I booked with Justfly I couldn't find flights anywhere else for the same price. I had to change flights and the people I dealt with on the phone were really helpful and pleasant. I would use them again if I ever needed to.
On the way to Atlanta, I was assigned a middle seat but spacious enough so it was fine. On the way back, I was upgraded to extra leg room seat and put next to a woman who lived a block away from my home. We are now friends and shared a cab at midnight. So, I say A+ for the experience!

Only thing Id complain about is that when I tried to go online and review my purchase and trip, it was difficult. The only way I could view my trip was if I went back into my email. Perhaps providing more specific directions for creating an online account would be helpful.

I havent actually taken the trip yet, but purchasing the tickets was pretty easy. I remember having to scroll through a lot because I couldnt get it to filter/sort them how I wanted to. I would suggest sending the survey out when I make the purchase. Not 3 monthslater when I cant really remember the experience with great detail.
THE WORST COMPANY! Do not trust this service, they are scam artists. They just got $150 of my money for THEIR MISTAKE! When you put in your information into their search criteria, a list comes up starting with a fare that is "phone only" and EVERYTIME you go to the page it will say there are only "2 tickets left." I called, and of course, that fare was no longer available but a new fare was and it was only $8 more, so of course, I moved forward. I went through the painfully long process of giving all of my information- they spell out every letter of every name phonetically, to only then be asked for more money! $14.95/passenger to select my seats now... I questioned it but ultimately obliged. THEN THE INFURIATING part happens, I receive my email confirmation, which is supposed to show premium economy seats (I confirmed this at least 7-10 times during the call) to see the reservation showing economy. Not what I paid for. I call them immediately. To which the response- "I am sorry mam but it will be $400 more to upgrade" WHAT? But, your website says something different, my phone call said something different, how can that be? "Sorry mam that is the best I can do," I said okay fine I want to cancel. The response to that- ok that will be $75 per passenger- WHAT? I asked them to please listen to the recording of my call where they will hear that I asked an obscene amount of times if it was premium economy- what do they say? I have to send an email and it will take 72 HOURS to review- but by that time I won't be able to cancel. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? And, then, it gets better- he says "look on the BRIGHTSIDE mam, you can have all of your money back for only a small fee of $150." This is the point of the call when profanity entered, and it wasn't my finest moment. At that point, I gave them my money and then literally shed a tear. I hope this post catches someone before they make the same mistake I did. The prices are amazing and they absolutely suck you in, but it is not worth it.

Today is third day we are trying to use our credit (from previous ticket that was cancelled and charged $300) to book new ticket and they cant help with it! Horrible customer service, holding for 1 hour and more each time and saying that there is an error and call back to them in 24-72 hours! Long story short- miserable customer service

I would have given 0/negative stars if that was an option. Booked an international flight and got communication from them later that airline has made changes. The airline made changes such that new layover times were either too long or too short. It was not amenable to me. I have been chasing these guys for several weeks now and spent many hours on the phone to no avail. They all talk nice but there is no action and no visibility. They promise to call back and send emails but none whatsoever. I am already so close to my travel date. Even if they offer a refund at the last minute, it is worthless since I have have to pay exorbitant rates then. Stay Away for life! I think the positive reviews are fake.

The government need to close this company. They are the worst company to deal with. I wish i had read these review before i purchase my ticket.

I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CAN'T SEE MY NAME BUT SEES EVERYTHING OTHER DETAILS ON MY PASSPORT. I WAS TOLD SOMETHING WAS BLOCKING MY NAME. WHAT A JOKE...
After all the calls and on holds, they finally told me to pay $125

The worst experience you will ever get. Please (3x) do not purchase a ticket through this agency. They do not have a full refund within the 24 hours they promised before purchasing. Its all scam I swear to God. Unless you are willing to stay as it is you are not going to be satisfied with their services. And this includes the representatives you speak during your call. I would never recommend this website to anyone.

Bought Insurance, was told that if I wanted to cancel due to illness or injury I could cancel. I injure my back, tried to cancel. It was a merry-go-round of calls that wasted my time and now I have to pay more money to get credit back...

We understand how plans can change at any moment which is why it is important to purchase insurance however, CSA is a company we offer through our website therefore it is not our insurance plan. When a change or cancellation happens on a file, we as a travel agency need to follow the airline fare rules and charge any applicable fees. Once changes are made, you would then need to open a claim with CSA and they will do the necessary refund if any.
