All of you go on the GOV website for consumers protection and public safety file a complaint, also send email to state attorney and advise about the problem, much complaint, much chance that attorney will take the action about #criminalactivity of this agency. Also file the BBB complaint

If I could give less than one star I would. I have booked with justfly a few times before and didn't really have problems. However, my husband and I needed to cancel a trip overseas twice-over due to Covid. We were told by justfly and United airlines that we would be receiving a refund of $1500 for the tickets and to wait 12-18 weeks for the credit to be posted on our account. Well, Almost 20 weeks later, no refund. On United's website it states the refund is complete. Upon calling United, they said I needed to talk to justfly. Here we go. Calling just fly is a horrible process. Asinine wait times and although the representatives are polite, I can hardly understand them and I'm pretty sure they are incompetent. They dance around your question without ever giving you a real answer only to put you on hold for another 20 minutes (which I'm convinced all they're doing during that time is moving their mouse around and tapping the key board pretending like they're fishing for an answer). When they return, they still don't have a solution to the problem and then proceed to tell me that they need to transfer me to their "financial department". I'm pretty positive that department doesn't even exist, hence why I was disconnected in the middle of the hold. And that brings me to yet ANOTHER issue. To top it all off, nearly 90% of the calls get disconnected while you're on hold. When they do call back, it's an automated message putting you on hold (again) for what seems like the next 3 years of your life. Don't ever book with justfly if you want to have a stress-free travel experience. Period.

An unexpected trip to Nepal from Florida was purchased on November 5,2022; I hadn't traveled there before and came across the JustFly site. I wish I had read reviews before buying my ticket through them. One thing that caught me off guard is their website doesn't disclose that it will take up to 4 days to finalize tickets.
Tropical storm Nicole developed and is expected to be a hurricane. I can no longer start my trip on 11/10 as planned and will easily cancel the flight to NY I purchased on my own since it was a domestic flight.
The international flight from NY needs to be canceled/rescheduled, and the website needs to be more transparent on how to do this without forfeiting the entire ticket—literally been on hold for 40 minutes now trying to speak with someone.
Justfly is charging me $360 to cancel this trip that I can not make due to a hurricane hitting Florida.
I highly recommend staying away from this travel agency and working directly with airlines. The International flight airline told me they would refund my ticket if canceled more than 24 hours before departure. They could not do anything because I purchased through JustFly.

I was looking to buy a round trip to La Paz, Bolivia, the price I was given was $ 876,45 with a ten hours delay on Panama City, which was ok, but than the sales lady offer a two hour lay over on Panama instead of ten hour for $ 2,640.00, not on my budget, so say no thank you, than she ask about my form of payment, credit card was given but, when I check my credit card the next morning I was charged for the $ 2,640, called just fly to have an explanation, no look I was on the phone for hours and hours, no customer service, only sales people emails, calls, my bank can't do anything no one responded, no customer service, no one will reply to you, they robbed me, I'm still fighting
After hours they investigated that it was there fault because the have a record of the conversation, they send me a bogus web site, no answer, still waiting six months, any body have suggestions on how can I get my refund?
