If I could give less than one star I would. I have booked with justfly a few times before and didn't really have problems. However, my husband and I needed to cancel a trip overseas twice-over due to Covid. We were told by justfly and United airlines that we would be receiving a refund of $1500 for the tickets and to wait 12-18 weeks for the credit to be posted on our account. Well, Almost 20 weeks later, no refund. On United's website it states the refund is complete. Upon calling United, they said I needed to talk to justfly. Here we go. Calling just fly is a horrible process. Asinine wait times and although the representatives are polite, I can hardly understand them and I'm pretty sure they are incompetent. They dance around your question without ever giving you a real answer only to put you on hold for another 20 minutes (which I'm convinced all they're doing during that time is moving their mouse around and tapping the key board pretending like they're fishing for an answer). When they return, they still don't have a solution to the problem and then proceed to tell me that they need to transfer me to their "financial department". I'm pretty positive that department doesn't even exist, hence why I was disconnected in the middle of the hold. And that brings me to yet ANOTHER issue. To top it all off, nearly 90% of the calls get disconnected while you're on hold. When they do call back, it's an automated message putting you on hold (again) for what seems like the next 3 years of your life. Don't ever book with justfly if you want to have a stress-free travel experience. Period.
