I bought five tickets from LAX to Mexico City Alaskan Air but my bank statement showed seven individual transactions each time I paid conversion fees from AUD to USD and a missing letter R on my surname to correct it I paid an extra USA 75.00
Alaskan Air told me they never do that so run away from these people Justfly.com

Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY from this company. Despite clear language on their own website and that of the carrier's website (TAP Portugal, in this case), Justfly REFUSED TO REFUND TICKETS WHICH WERE CANCELLED BY THE CARRIER DUE TO COVID. I have been battling with them for 8 months trying to get my money back, and finally resorted to going through the bank to dispute the charges. Luckily, my bank (Chase) came through. Justfly should be banned altogether for illegal practice, to say nothing of unethical practice. SHAME ON THEM - yet another shining example of CORPORTATE GREED AND FRAUD.
Booked a flight to Salt Lake City, UT and end up canceling it, received credit for 388$, and was told that I will have credit for a year to re use it. End up needing a ticket to Denver, representative Kendra wanted to charge me 200$ cancellation fee, then found much more expensive flight and told me that it will cost me one way to Denver $211 plus fees. Thats only one way! Roundtrips are selling for 220$ on the internet, what a scam, DO NOT USE this company! Took all my money, no credit at all.

On my flight from Columbus to Washington snacks were only served half way and the plane landed. That wasn't very professional because everyone on board was expecting to have some.
We booked a flight on July 8,2017 with JustFly Air for SLC to Long Beach for Dec. 26 and today, 12/24, there were no reservations with Delta! After receiving lots of excuses, and an offer of $200 more for our flights, we turned them down.
DON'T USE JUSTFLY... THEY SAID SOMETIMES AIRLINES DON'T HONOR THEIR BOOKINGS = DANGER WILL ROBINSON! YOU MAY NOT ACTUALLY HAVE A FLIGHT, LIKE WE EXPERIENCED!
I booked a flight to France because my best friend's mom died unexpectedly and she needs help as she is all alone. I booked my arrival one night later than I was supposed to and called back the next day to see if I could change. Of course their change fee, even with fare staying the same, was $450. I asked if there were a death involved could they make an exception. Absolutely they said, just provide a death certificate. Which as morbid as that was, my friend emailed it and I forwarded. The sent my friend their condolences and told me to wait for an email confirming the change. Well it never came so I called back to find out that bc the death certificate is in French, they can't help me? And after I explained there was no way to remedy that, they told me bc its not family they can't help me. I get it but that would have been great info to have before I asked my friend for her Mother's death certificate! Point being, they could easily change this for me and refuse to do so. I will never book thru this site again and I hope they go out of business.
Horrible customer service. Stayed on the phone over two hours to speak to a supervisor to get my money back. No one speaks english very hard to understand. Would never book anything through them again. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVERRRRRR.
Bought a ticket through this agent my flight was canceled by the airlines and the money was refunded to justfly and they refused to pay me back, I was on hold for 3 hours. Pls away from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Like other reviewers on the site, we booked our tickets through JustFly because it was the cheapest and quickest booking engine. In this case, you sure do get what you pay for. I've had to call into the customer service hotline 7 times to execute a simple name change as we booked our honeymoon prior to getting married and therefore had to use my maiden name and passport details. There was no other way to book the tickets. What a hassle and the change is still not complete - I get to call back in 48 - 72 hours and on top of this, they are charging $75 when a previous agent had told me $50. Last time we use this site.
UPDATE - After seeing my negative review, the JustFly social media team followed up, asking for my reservation details to send to the "Escalation Team" and someone would follow up with me with a resolution. After waiting 5 days for a follow up, I called back in to see if there has been any progress. I'm currently still on hold after an AN HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. My credit card was charged $75 over 11 days ago for the name change and there has been zero progress. I've changed my name on 3 other flights which were all booked before I was married. I physically can not get on this flight without the name change being executed and have no idea why this is so difficult for JustFly to do. Again, I've never experienced such poor customer service.

Friend suggested I try justfly for a business trip. Found good prices but after booking noticed the price was higher than my partners so called within 10 mins to support. I could barely understand the person plus she answered every question as if she was reading a script. Their system doesn't allow to change prices. I'd have to cancel and rebook. For fear of not having any flight I went to book another flight. Their system won't allow me to book but one at a time! Called back in to let them book it. Rep got to end of booking and said his system won't complete order until old flight is cancelled. He connected me to another dept to cancel. Finished that with them and Matthew called to continue processing order but he said it still showed the first trip. After 20 mins waiting I got to a manager, explained the issue and he verified all my info and flight plans and told me there were not any more seats for that flight! Angered, I lost it and told him about how screwed up his business was and that I may lose a big opportunity by missing that flight talking to his people for over and an hour because that could book and cancel a flight or speak good English. Went to Travelocity paid $50 more but booked the same flight Justfly said was not available. Won't even be using them again & will happily tell anyone that asks how bad they really are.

Because fares are so dynamic, they can fluctuate at any time based on demand and availability, at the airline's discretion. At the moment, we unfortunately do not have a price match guarantee in place. In this case, it would be easier to have cancelled with no fees and rebook at the new fare. The reason why you weren't able to book the new flight until your old flight is cancelled, is because the system automatically recognizes you already have a reservation active, so to avoid any double charges, you must cancel the existing one before proceeding with the new one.
We always try to offer the best deals for our clients with prices and availability. Since each travel agent has their own contracts with the airlines, there could be times not all itineraries are available.
