Poor communications and attitude clerks on the telephone line! Waiting on line for 48 minutes no customer service available! Even i pushed for special customers need!

They will charge your credit card without your consent and will tell you it is non refundable. My friends told me but i did not believe until i experience it.
No problems, very straight forward. Price wasn't the best but it was good enough. I needed a flight last minute and this helped me with no issues at all.
I don't love all the extra communication bug justfly has landed me several cheap flights that weren't even posted on the airlines website so I'm happy and will use them again.
I find booking my flights with Justfly a straightforward no hassle or oversell experience. Just head on explanation of choices with quick processing and accuracy.
Don't pay extra for seleted seat because eventually it depen on the airline where they want you to sit. And you might not get the money back from agency. This is really bad!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. They change the price AFTER you book and do not alert you of the price change then charge a $75 per person fee to cancel. BEWARE that the fee is not taken from the amount you paid but a whole separate charge! I was speaking to a "supervisor" who became annoyed by all my questions and DISCONNECTED THE LINE! That then cause me to have to call back and wait on hold for over an HOUR!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! COMPLETE SCAM.

Very unorganized! People booking flights are not knowledgeable about booking and canceling procedures! I had a terrible experience. Will never book through just fly again!
Everything went smoothly except I got a seat change on my way back that wasn't too bad.it was my first flight by myself and I'm definitely using justfly again!
Good until the Vermont leg. Seems they lost a plane and couldn't find it or any replacement. Result: hours late. Maybe better next time. Otherwise everything went as planned and on schedule. Thanks

When I called she just kind of acted like our mistake we double charged you. In fact those were her exact words and said if I don't see it back in my account I have to call back and spend another 3 hours i'm sure on holding actually trying to reach someone. After reading reviews I guess I am not the first, or the ************** to get scammed like this. THIS COMPANY SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
