We purchased 5 tickets to Hawaii and insurance. 3 weeks ago our grandson(17 years old) took his own life. We tried to get a refund for his airline ticket(just his) no luck so we called United Airlines, they were awesome about the whole thing and immediately refunded the money. But because JUSTFLY charged our credit card and then used 2 of their own cards to purchase the tickets, United airlines refunded to JUSTFLYs credit cards ( Totally Understandable) However we have now spent over four hours on the phone mostly on hold because every employee at justfly says sorry I am not authorized to do this let me transfer you. The last time we were on hold for 1hour and 46 minutes. NO HELP!
The entire process was really good, no doubts, at the beginning I had in my mind that my booking was going to be a very tired experience like the ones that I experienced with other companies, but At the end of the entire process I delighted with that service.
All I had to do is list my round trip info and wait. Within 2 days I was offered a United non stop ticket at about half of what I had been paying on Southwest
Spend the extra few bucks and deal with a legitimate company.
This company mos represents and unlesss you read all the fine print you might not have a seat on the plane or certainly NOT the seat you paid extra to book.
If you do book with them follow up with the airline and make sure you have a place on the plane. They charge several hundred dollars to precook seats then never pass the info to the airline so they don't have the seat registed in your name.
I now have to try to negotiate refund for prebook service that they say was NOT guaranteed.

I've used justfly twice now and have been able to find some great flights to Hawaii and New York! I will definitely be using this website from now on to travel just about anywhere!
I found a good price tickets on just fly. Sometimes is worthy for the money that you spend. I will try to use another time, when I take a vacation or need to flight.

Stay away from them, cancellation/modification with no fee in 24 hrs is a scam. Every rep has a different story about charges. Spent more than 24 hrs talking to rep and issue still pending.
Unfortunately I got to fill this review a year after my flight. If it works this way with everyone I believe no one can truly remember anything from the flight. You should fix it.
Justfly gave me the best prices for my flight. When had trouble the customer service team was very patient and help me along the way I give them a thumbs up and will truly book with them again.
My friend suggested this site. I have very little computer experience. Justfly site is very user friendly. If you want a competitive flight costs this is the place to go even for late bookings!

I needed a flight to kiev and your site helped me find a quick and cheap one. The only way it could have been better was if it instantly added the other low price agencies into the search
I have booked two flight tickets in the last 6 months and the process was very easy and the cheapest around! It even automatically checks flights a day within your scheduled for cheaper flights.
Worst service ever. Will not call me back. Canceled flight due to virus and they will not refund my $2,000! They will not let me talk to a manager and they hang up on you. I have called EVERY DAY for 6 HOURS a day for FIVE days and have not gotten through to them.
Bad customer service and they wouldn't allow a refund on ours even under circumstances airlines allow...just book with an airline and definitely not justfly
Had a reservation with United & Frontier I called to confirm the reservations for two people with Justfly. When I spoke with a rep Bryant in which was not his real name said they bumped one of us. Never email me, no call no text nothing. The rep said all he could do for me is cancel this reservation and refund my money in which they could not send me a email on the cancellation. They showed no empathy or concern on finding me another reservation. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINES!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
