A last minute purchase didn't cost me an arm and leg. JustFly had the best prices for my flight selections. Flight was booked easily with no confusion and no issues.
Decided to try out this small website on my flight to Perth. Turns out their service is good and not only that, it's nearly half as cheaper as other websites.
Price shown n charged at the time of booking is little higher than the listed one. I wish if justfly showed their service charge n seat management charge earlier

They should have employees that talk different languages. I called and didn't understand well and they charged me $150 for a cancellation when I really wanted to change the date.
I always book with Justfly. I recommend it. As well as when you have inquiry on their staff they are very professional, detail oriented and will clarify things to you.
I tried other sites and was getting frustrated with the cost changing as I was booking my flight, but then I came across JustFly and I found just what I was looking for and my flight was booked in no time at all. I will definitely be using JustFly for future flights.

First time using JustFly - came up as an advertisement when I was looking for flights to Vancouver. Site is easy to navigate, search is great, options for selecting are perfect!
I found the cheapest flight through just fly, but they increased it last minute by $50. It was still cheaper than the rest, but would prefer transparency when buying tickets.
Worst customer service on the planet. No chat amd you wait hours to speak to agent. Everytime I call Justfly I have to wait hours before I can speak with an agent. One ticket I changed was not confirmed with the atirline. On Just fly I see the new date, On the airline website I see the new date, yet when I went to checkin there was noi ticket, the airline did not receive the money to make the change. I had no way in knowing that there was not ticket becaue both the Airline itenrary and Justly itenrary shoe the new date. A total waste of money and time
Our itinerary was changed by the airline and so we had to call JustFly to get a new itinerary. Over the course of four days, I spent a total of 7hrs on hold with the company, was told we had a new itinerary and tickets on 4 separate occasions when it was never confirmed. We even got in a taxi to go to the airport while still being told we'd have tickets, only to learn on the way there that they couldn't secure the tickets in time. We had to wait another 40hrs for a flight out of Ho Chi Minh. When I expressed my frustration and appealed for some sort of credit, compensation for additional night at hotel, etc. I was shot down and told that they did everything they could and that if I was not satisfied that I should just not book with them anymore. And this was a customer service manager who said that. He also condescendingly said that I just didn't understand the complicated nature of the merchant/consolidater/airline ticketing process. Don't ever book with them. Ever.
I flew all over the world and booked with many websites. This is the worst website I have ever booked with and never again. First of all, I was given the total price what I will charged at the end but after I clicked confirm, the price was much more and I was charge with two separate airlines prices. Second, it was never stated anywhere the fight I was booking was Basic Economy, never stated no carry on. Which means I have to pay $30 to check in our bags plus and pay for our seats. If I had known this upfront BEFORE I confirm my payment, I would not purchased my tickets with this website. The low price is not low st all after having to purchased seats and checking bags. I also purchased Travel coverage of $24 which stated covers cancellation, changes and full refund. ITS A LIE! I was told there's cancellation, no changes and no refund. I am pissed! I spoke with Justfly.com third parties who does all the bookings and none of them could not help me, one hung up on me. They all told me to call the airlines but the airlines said for to deal with Justify whom I booked with. Which makes more sense. This low price deal is a SCAM.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! Don't ever book with Justfly. I booked a flight to Trinidad WITH INSURANCE and now they are telling me that in order to cancel, I have to PAY $150 with $0 reimbursement.
If I already paid for my flight, why would I have to PAY $150 just to cancel? That's pretty much theft. I will never ever book through them again. Try Kayak or Expedia. They don't rip people off there!
I bought five tickets from justfly.com for four kids and my wife to travel to Pakistan from Dulles Airport DC. It was an American Airline ticket and It was claimed that it is operated by Qatar Airline. At the check in counter Qatar refused to accept anything promise mentioned on justfly.com website. On Qatar flights you can check in two bags but for American's passenger they refused to take the second bag which we already took to the airport. We had to pay additional $100 for every second bag. Now my family is stuck on Doha airport for 19 hours layover which they did not mentioned when we were paying for the tickets. It showed up after 24 hours when the cancellation time was over. justfly.com is a cheating website. We spent $1500/ticket and thought that it was little cheaper but it ended up expensive
Qatar is not providing even food vouchers as they said that you are the American airline passengers not Qatar airline passengers, we are traveling through Qatar airlines though. So bizarre and so stupid on the part of American airline as well as the Qatar airlines. American airline is cheating the passengers too American crew at the Dulles airport totally refused to help with their long stupid faces.
Justfly.com must be shut down. I will go to the length to go against this cheating website.
Do not buy your ticket through this company. They don't answer the phone and their website is of no help. Turkish airline will not refund my money even though they canceled the flight due to covid because I have to get through Justfly. I will not use the agency again neither the airline that continue to work with a scam agency. My bank statement shows money deducted by turkish airline but they cannot reverse it. I bought a tickety from them and few days after that i called them to change the dates and they wanted to charge me 100% the price i got the tickets, i got the ticket for $ 2400 and when i asked to push back the travel date for one month they said i had t $1800 extra for Japonese Airline and $200 for their company and $ 16 as a trascation fee and if you try to cancel your tickets you will end up paying $400.the flying tickets in other companies will cost 50% less for the same date i will travel compare what they want to what Jusfly wants to charge if i want to chamge the fly date. I ended up cancelling my tickets with them and paid $400. It was a rape. Please don`t buy ticket for this website. They are horrible.
THERE SITE BOOKED MY SECOND MY CONNECTION LONGER THAN THE FLIGHT THAT I REQUESTED ON LINE. WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM TO MODIFY, NO CALLS ANSWERED, NO WAY TO MODIFY ON LINE SO I HAD TO CANCEL AND START THE PROCESS OVER AS I HAD ONLY A FEW HOURS TO GET AN INTERNATIONAL TICKET PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. THEY CHARGED ME THE CANCELLATION FEE OF $150 EVEN EXPLAINING THE SITUATION. AS A PILOT FOR UNITED AIRLINES I FIND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEIR BUSINESS.
I spent a couple hours trying to get the credit for a Jun 2 flight with SAA that was cancelled. I talked to a fellow named Adhmed, who was helpful in that he recognized the flight, said I'd get the difference in what I paid for the flight I booked today, he said he would call me after everything was processed, he did try several times, but everytime I answered the phone, all I got was a violin playing elevator music. So I started from scratch... again, this time when I called, I got this guy who kept saying I received a refund already, but he was talking about the 1st flight I booked back in May and not the one that I am due. I knew that flight was already credited to my visa bill, he said he knew of no other flight, whereas Adhmed had the right flight. The 2nd guy I talked to would not listen to me and every time I started to say something, he would start talking again... very rude, arogant fellow!
