Purchased two tickets online, the web says "it takes a few days to confirm your tickets ". A few days later, someone representing JusFly called from this number *******855, he said there is a 40% discount if i will charge my tickets to American Express only. He said," Go to Walmart, purchase American Express credit card, and call me back". I got suspicious and told him to cancel my tickets. Days later, my JusFly tickets showed up on my email, by then i had already bought new tickets from American Airlines. So i called JusFly again. The rep said there is no record of any conversation with JusFly, she said she will refund in full, including the cancellation fee $150 due to my bad experience. I believed her. A week later, i called regarding the cancellation fee $150 which showed up on my credit card. The rep said someone will call me in a week after they have listened to the recorded conversation. Another lie. No one called. So i called JusFly explaining the situation. The rep said the cancellation cannot be refunded, the lady who told me so "made a mistake." I don't think she made a mistake, the company just want to swallow $150. Never will i use JusFly, no matter how cheap the tickets, they cant stand by their word.
I was trying to make a reservation to Canada and I found the itinerary in Priceline and I was trying to confirm the reservation but it kept saying the flight that you are looking is not available. Few months ago, I used Justfly for the first time for my travel to Calgary and I got a cheaper price with no hassle in confirming the reservation so I tried Justfly again. I found the similar iternerary and made the reservation in Justfly with no hassle. I'm really happy with their service and I'm happy to say that Justfly just earned a loyal customer :)

I had a great time on the flight, they let me sleep, gave me a blanket, and some water. There is good leg room but I am also short and don't demand that much space.
I use one way flights and justfly always has good deals on those even better than cheapoair. The website is simple to use and the fact that you can set alerts is a great plus.

Needed something for this weekend and every other site gave me flights for 500 and up I was able to get a round trip from Chicago to ft lauderdale for under 200. I'll use Just Fly from now on.
Don't buy from JustFLY! I repeat - DON'T BUY FROM JUSTFLY. They honor me. I canceled my flights, I know that my tickets is non refundable, they offer me to pay 150$ and I will get part of my amount tickets (246$) and I I'll get a future credit for future travel. Sounds good? Not really. I can't order a new flight, and the airline company said to me that I have only 28$ for future travel. I spent a lot of hours to call justFly, to talk with customer support, they hung up the phone, let me wait a lot of time at the phone, transfer my call to the Airline, without success. I lost my money of the travel + payed 150$ and I didn't get anything back!
No one to talk to. They take your money and walk off. Customer Support is in hell... Sales are always ready for you, if you need them after you give your cc info you can knock on a wall.
JustFly helped me find THE cheapest flight from Nashville to Sacramento with a nice stop in LA! They also found me flights with accredited airlines, so I feel much safer knowing that I am flying with the best care.

Will use on next trip. Got a really good price. Had to call because when I got ready to pay the total was $16 more than posted price. Called and the rep was very helpful in getting it fixed.
I needed to change my flight due to a coming snow storm. Delta had issued a travel advisory the day before, which JustFly said that they had not received. [Note that they have 2 different depts for changing flight plans: one for voluntary changes, and one for weather-related, which means hours on hold.] I could not change my flight to a different day bc they said my ticket was "private" and the fare was not yet published, which made no sense to me. I paid $400+ to cancel my $1660 tickets (due to travel advisory this should have been done at no cost), and then had to book directly with Delta for $3,500. WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS AGENCY!

Full disclosure, I already hate justfly, and I would not willingly be booking with them if it were not for the flight credit I am trying to use. Today's BS started with being on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up. I called back tonight, and was told I have to talk to a different department to book with flight credit, and was transferred. After 20 minutes hung up. Called back and explained I did not want to hold, please give me a direct number. That was 15 minutes ago, still on hold. About to hang up. I know, just do it myself online. Good point, and I would if I could, but because this S***T for a company has so many restrictions I need help booking. NEVER use them. I mean NEVER. Maybe the strategy is that you just purchase a new ticket and never use the credit. It might just be worth it in the end. :( If Justfly customer service would like to address this please provide a direct number to call where somebody knows what to do. The agents you have on the 1800 number can only book reservations, and are of zero help otherwise.

Have used this service for both international and domestic travel. They even called me when a change occurred with my flight and gave me personal service. There prices are competitive.
I have had very positive travel experiences using Just Fly and the price beats most competitors. I will continue to use them as my main travel planner in the future.
I had to purchase a last minute round trip from NY-AZ. I was able to get the best times and cheapest fare through justfly.com I will definitely use them again.
Smooth procedure. Had no problems with any aspect of my experience with this trip. 100 hundred characters is not necessary to express my view point. 50 is more than adequate.
Nothing special about it. It's hard to judge based on one transaction. Using Skyscanner which then lead to justfly site. The booking process is on par with other booking sites.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
