Terrible experience- no cost savings in the end. My son's name was spelled incorrectly during booking. He could not get through security and when we called justfly to correct, I was disconnected once, treated rudely each time, and ultimately not helped. I had to call four times while in the noisy hectic airport with very little time in between flights. We were told to go directly to the airline to resolve, airline said justfly had to resolve.
Just fly ruined the start of our vacation. Additionally, Our connecting flight was three terminals away, entering from outside and we had to go through security twice, causing my son again to rejected at TSA. Ultimately, we learned just fly needed 24 hours notice to correct the change. If I could have been told that from the very first phone call, it would have been better.
The following day, we called to correct his return flight and were charged $75 to correct one letter. We waited on hold for 40 minutes total and at this point, I have zero faith that we will not encounter the same issue when we try to fly home. I have never been more disappointed by a travel experience.
I wanted to give 0 as my rating. They do not care about their customers. You are on hold for more than an hour and half every time you call, they never solve your issue and ask to call them back some other time. I booked a flight from England to US but because of CVOID regulations I was not able to board the flight (I even paid extra for cancellation protection). First of all, it took me 2 weeks to get a hold of anyone from customer service, when they finally answered but again told me call back tomorrow, I was furious at them as I am very limited on my time, my flight is nearing to its departure date. No help at all, they abruptly just put me on a hold while I was still discussing the matter. NEVER BOOKING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
They charged me cancellation fee for no reason. Despite they commit that i will get full refund on my ticket they charge me $300 on it. Total scam that is because they don't even answer calls.
I paid $396 extra for premium economy seats and one checked bag, for my friend and my trip to Spain. I also paid for seats, which not only did the airline charge me $90, Justfly also charged me $101.72 for them requesting the seats for me (that's more than the seats cost!). Also, my Air France receipt shows our tickets were $796.92 each and Justfly charged me $994.92. The extra $396 they charged me is what the premium economy was supposed to cost (extra legroom and 1 checked bag). They obviously didn't book my flight that way. What I got was economy seating and we had to pay for our first bag, which my itinery said was included. I chatted with a rep and was very dissatisfied. I was told that yes, they show I should have 1 check bag included and after I paid the airline for our bags, I might be able to fill out a form and get my money back. There was no explanation about the $396 extra I was charged and didn't get what I paid for. I REALLY wish I would have read the reviews before I used them for booking our flight. I'll stick with Expedia or book directly with the airline from now on. My friend used them for our return flight and got everything she paid for.
I wanted to purchase economy tickets for a trip to Italy for my family, specifically so I could select seat assignments so we could all sit together. (I would have gladly paid extra for this.) The Justfly website lead me to believe I was purchasing economy tickets. They charged an extra fee so I could select our seat assignments. The confirmation email said the 1st checked bag was included with the ticket (which is only available on economy or above).
When I checked in for the flight I discovered the tickets were basic economy -- not economy. Our seats were not together (which meant that my 10 year-old daughter had to sit alone). I rechecked the confirmation email. All that stuff about seat assignments? The fine print says they're just seat requests -- not guaranteed. I called Justfly. The only "mistake" they acknowledged was their confirmation email stating that the first checked bag was included with tickets. Oh well. Lesson learned.
I would never ever, ever use this travel site again.
I recently booked 3 U.S. domestic tickets at a very good price. JustFly advertises full refund cancellation within 24 hours. I needed to cancel one of the travelers and attempted this 2 hours before the time limit. I was unable to connect with them even though I tried every 10 minutes only to hear a recording telling me to "try again later." Their call center was temporarily having difficulties (according to their website). I finally connected with them 15 minutes before the 24 hour deadline. They told me I did not meet the 24 hour deadline and therefore will be charged $75 cancellation fee plus my cancelled ticket will not be refunded but only credited with limitations for 1 year. SO, because their system was inoperative, I did not meet their deadline and don't get my $217 refund plus I pay an extra $75 fee. They advertise values of "integrity" but certainly do not stand by this. Additionally, the supervisor told me I should have cancelled way before the 24 hour timeframe rather than wait close to the 24 hour timeframe. But 24 hours is what they advertise! This is not a companythat treats people respectfully and honestly.
Stay away from justfly especially during COVID. Flying during COVID is not convenient and has a lot of concerns involved. However, with all other bookings, the companies involved made it very easy to change your flight as needed.
Not justfly, hiding behind the airline regulations they won't allow you to make any change under any circumstances.
When I tested positive in Europe and called to try to reschedule I was told there is nothing they can do, the airline won't deal with you as you booked through a third party so the only other option you have is to but a one way ticket which cost almost as much as a 2 way ticket.
The biggest issue I have is that this information wasn't presented properly during the booking process! There should've been a big red warning notifying you of the huge risk which can end up in paying double for your flight, instead it was tucked in with small letters at the boot on of the page so you will miss it.
Obviously I will never use them again, if you do make sure you read all the small print before booking.
I'm writing regarding my flight credit for booking #*******
I had a $934 travel credit with Just Fly but did not realize that the credit had to use within 1 year. JustFly's policy regarding this was not visible in the flight credit area and fact, trying to navigate to find it was difficult as well. I asked that JustFly put the amount of $934 of credit back on my account, but they did not. I'm extremely disappointed in Just Fly because I've been a customer for quite a while and recommend them to a lot of friends and business customers.
I feel like it was JustFly's fault and not mine, for not making me completely aware that the credit had to be used within 1 year when I did an online cancellation. If I had seen this when I canceled the reservation online, I would have used the credit earlier, but it was not visible. I'm completely disappointed with JustFly and will not be using their services again. I encourage others to be aware of their flight credit policy and refuse to do business with a company that hides their policies. I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with this company.
I have been on the phone now for 2 hours! I have been disconnected 4 times. DO NOT and I cannot stress this enough this site unless you are booking yourself and you are not going to cancel. The insurance is a joke you basically have to be dead to get the insurance so I took the credit which has to be used in a year. I paid $150.00 to get that which left us a 1600 credit. Looking at THIER website found a flight in the states that we want for $600/ticket and now they are telling me they need $285 MORE to get this flight. Speaking to a supervisor now walking her through the flights as she tried telling me there is no flights OMG. IF my brain does not blow up it will be a blessed event. I thought I would have extra money for another. I just hung up as they want $700 extra for the flight that is $571 each. IS THERE SOMEONE WE CAN REPORT THESE PEOPLE TOO.
Had to call to ask a question. Great customer service. Lady was nice... you could actually hear her smile. Great prices. I've been telling everbody to use JustFly if they plan on going anywhere.

Booked flight to Paris in August for May the following year. Was suppose to leave from Newark international 4 months before changed to JFK. Two months before trip airline changed from Norwegian Airbus to smaller plane from Airfly some airline I never heard of. Month before flight constant emails asking me if I can change flight and date of trip as airline overbooked. Day of flight seats changed from assigned window seat to interior seats. Flight was to leave at 10pm did not leave until 2am. What a way to start a trip
I asked to cancel my ticket because I was out of a job for 1 year and 4 months just got a new job and I can travel on my ticket date no more I ask for extension or credit back and up till now I can't get no answer nobody to come back at me the service is very poor I would never ever even recommend just fly to nobody not even to the dog

Search shows you a didferent itinerary from the one they book you with. When trying to streighten out thing, they give you the option o canceling the reservation. You get stuck with so many ridiculous fees. Horrible customer service. Never allowed to speak to a superviser.
Nothing we could do. They lied and told me that they emailed me about the flight change two weeks ago. A clear lie! It was a nightmare. They need to be sued and put out of business
I went to several sites for weeks and this site had the best prices by far. I also love the flight alerts that inform you if the rates rises or drops so you know when to buy.
I can't say whether this is going to go well or not since my sons haven't arrived yet. I hope everything goes well i've entrusted my world hope they will make sure they arrive safe and sound.
I love using just fly because it is convenience and give the cheapest option. It is useful and suitable for all the traveler. You will get certain discount on your booking. It was a surprise to me.
