I purchased a ticket from them, and got the $19.99 "RISK-FREE REBOOKING/CANCELLATION. What they fail to tell you is that you only have 24hrs to make changes -which is NOT STATED on the website. I must cancel my ticket, but cannot get a refund or credit, or even change my destination or departure location -all because "the airline (WestJet) does not permit changes" and no flights are available on those other dates. And cost of changes for international flights? Base fee is $225... not including the fare difference.
My issue is, if I'm abiding to WestJet's guidelines, why is that not stipulated clearly when I purchase the ticket?
I am about to lose a $500 ticket and this booking site conveniently throws the airline under the bus, but the truth is, they have structured their service so as to NEVER refund customers.

Buy your tickets from the actual airline!. I bought a $700 a ticket to go to Europe flying with Delta for a 2 week stay. I purchased economy seats as you do on any airline and when I get to the airport found out that the ticket didn't come with luggage. Who the hell sells tickets to travel out of the country with no bags? I was told to leave my bags or miss my flight. I ended up paying an extra $1000 dollars to fly the next day! In total $1700 and justly didn't try to help or give me some of my money back or resolve the issue, or give a voucher for another flight they just said I was $#*! out of luck. They are selling cheap tickets however comes with hidden agendas and fees. I WILL NEVER USE JUSTIFY AGAIN THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!
I booked a flight from Las Vegas to Geneva in April 2021 for July 2021. The airline was Condor. A few weeks later, I get an email saying that Condor have cancelled the flights. I called justfly and they rebook me on different flights. So far so good.
Until I try to check-in. There, I realize they made the reservation but never got the approval from the airline to change the e-ticket.
After spending 10 hours (yes, 10 hours) on the phone, being placed on hold, disconnected, connected with new agents, transferred from service to service, I gave up at midnight and requested the refund of my ticket (the agent confirmed he proceeded my request) as I had to leave on the next day. I booked a new trip on an airline website this time, had to leave from LA, drive there, leave the car in a parking. Anyway, it cost me way more.
But that is not all! As I contacted them to see if they could do something about all the extra expenses, they asked me if I wanted my ticket to be refunded or if I wanted to book new flights. WHAT?! The refund had not been processed? Well, no, and I have to wait up to 18 weeks to get my $2600 back.
Never again.
Booked through justfly through kayak. Made a mistake in spelling of my son's name which I realized 5 minutes after booking. Was assured that I do not need to cancel and rebook. Name change wasn't done even after I submitted passport and spoke with multiple supervisors. Was finally told that Quatar Air doesn't allow name change and I need to cancel his ticket alltogether and pay fees to both justfly and Quatar.
Per Quatar, that is incorrect and they are assisting me know.
Will complain to Kayak and write to Quatar to suggest dropping dealing with this company.
Shouldn't have used the sight when after agreeing to purchase tickets, price ended up much higher.
I booked with justfly.com for my nephews and nice who was unacampaned minor. Paid for the service and they missed their flight, justfly never notified us. On their return flight same thing happened flight was delayed 5 hours and they were again refused to board but justly.com customer service was not where to help. I tried for two days to reach out to Justfly for two days and i had a dead end for their chatbot, finaly i got to speak to someone who promised to call me at 10pm and I waited until 12:15 midnight no one called and thir chatbot had closed. The minor and the 3 teenagers were left stranded and refused to board. The other airlines said they can't do anything until just fly responds and reach out to them but nothing was done. Everyone I spoke with had deactivated their accounts and I will reach out to more to do so. They use fake chatbots and try to avoid speaking to clients even in desperate need of help. Stay away from Justfly.com buy your ticked from the actual airline.
Stay away. There are plenty of better options and you are better off booking direct with airlines. They mislead customers with information that is inaccurate and their customer service is totally clueless.
They showed me a non-stop flight from SEA to NYC and I paid for it, got confirmation. When I went to checkin- it was 3 les - DEN and ORD in between with layovers and they claimed it was airlines problem and I need to cancel and rebook with money from my own pocket. Would not connect me to supervisor and said I should email if I have problems with customer service.
Justfly.com is the WORST website for booking flights. If you cancel they charge a $150-250 penalty, then just post your credit on their website without even notifying you in writing. Then if you try to use the credit, they put a hold on it so that you have to use their so-called "support group" who then hike up the price even more than if you would book thru another online website. They can do that because they have a grip on your credit, which they won't release (even if you book on your own on their website) unless you pay additional penalty for the new booking you are trying to make. THIS COMPANY JUST-FLY.COM IS A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP-OFF. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. You will regret it totally. Their support department put me on hold for 15 minutes while they were processing my credit card, but I think they were just giving me a hard time intentionally.

Got a good price and it was quick and easy with there alert system.
The only drawback was charging fee to pick out your seats, so I just didn't do it.

Booked tickets with JustFly from Dulles to Maldives: two parts to flight, Dulles to Istanbul and Istanbul to Maldives. Four days before our flight I got an email notice from JustFly that the flight from Istanbul to Maldives was shifted by one day resulting in a 30 hour layover in Istanbul. I then called JustFly to delay our flight from Dulles to Istanbul by one day so we would just have a 9 hr layover. After spending 3,1 hour sessions on the phone with them, they still could not get us on the correct flight from Dulles to Istanbul. They finally told us to go 5 hours ahead of the flight to Dulles to ask the airlines to put us on the correct flight. When we got to the ticket counter the airlines said JustFly could have easily put us on the flight we were requesting if they had just contacted them. We will not work with JustFly again. They are not helpful if there is a change to your itinerary.
