All airlines allow seat reservations for all legs of the journey. But when I try to reserve a seat for my return, it asks for permission for unspecified fees. That's like signing a blank check for a service that should be free! Regret using this for making my reservation.
I had made a round trip reservation and got the insurance to change the flight if necessary, butt when i needed to change it i was told i had to pay$99. That disappointed me, but you have the power. I think toy have the best deals, tho.

Clearly inflating false-positive reviews on SiteJabber just proves how downright AWFUL this company really is!
Justfly.com (aka. Flighthub.com) legitimately get tons of negative reviews - no one would have any difficulty finding numerous complaints and scam accusations charged against them through online travel forums and consumer complaint sources: BBB, ripoffreport.com, flyertalk.com, etc.
Here on Sitejabber, most of the negative reviews against Justfly are organic and from real consumers. How can one tell?
The negative comments are lengthy and descriptive, detailing specifics of the dissatisfaction. Some reviews provide booking number, pricing and actual flight information.
But the real kicker... the unmistaking and underlying repetition of the same complaint when dealing with their customer service: placed on hold for long periods, heavy accented company representatives and dissatisfied resolution or lack thereof.

These reviews are NOT organic... it is clearly fabricated with the goal to inflate the stats with false positives so the SiteJabber rating scale would place Justfly in a more favorable light!

I was very pleased, everything was fast to book. Could work on the price a bit more because after booking I did realize that it was cheaper elsewhere, but overall I was definitely pleased with the service.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
