I was on hold for 6 hours to later not get credit for a flight I booked in January destined to travel in March the week of spring break. Even though I purchased the flight through them my flights were with United and American Airlines. Committing fraud because everyone was allowing people to postpone.
I was charged for a return ticket change, but Justfly never made the reservation. In order to return home I had to buy a new ticket. The message that they tried to reach me is strange as I have no voice messages. Since I am abroad, my phone number cannot be used. There is no functioning customer service. I tried to call repeatedly for hours, until they blocked my phone number. I also tried to chat with a customer service person online - waited for hours with no response.
They will steal all your money. The terms and regulation is so broad, they can make rules as they go. They are thief. They told me i cant change my travel date and cancellation fee is not just one payment. You have to pay administrative fee plus airline fee's f( for international flight, you are losing $500 for cancellation even if you use them to book for another date). Any other website only have one cancellation fee. I will never use this site again and i hope this gives a warring not to use them.
DO NOT USE THEM! I have been flying for 15 years, this was the first (and last) time booking a ticket from Justfly. It was for a 2-week vacation in Italy. While there I got an emergency and had to be hospitalized. I called 4 days before the flight asking to change my return date and I was willing to pay the fees. I spent over 6 hours on the phone with their customer support, and they confirmed my new flight for the following week and said that I'd receive an email with the new tickets. I never got the email so I called back 5 times and every time I got a different answer. The day before my original flight they told me that they don't have any inventory and I just have to lose my flight. I will never use them again, go with a reputable company like Expedia or Priceline.
I booked 33 days in advance. The price couldn't be beat even with Justfly's fee. The entire trip was flawless. I didn't have a single issue at either airport leaving or returning. Considering it was during the labor day holiday I had my doubts. No need! I will definitely book through Justfly in the future. I chose Delta premium economy and everyone was very professional and considerate.

Stay away from this company! That's our experience. Last minute change of the flight to a different airline, changes in luggage conditions and despite payment no bag assist (still pending... but paid in full) and their support agency says: not our problem contact airliner we are just a booking company and after booking our support ends (talked to Adam and filed for a complaint 591.292). Whole trip costed me in addition 200USD more at the airport. Hidden fees... Thank you justfly for wrecking our holiday!
First of all, I would book directly with the airlines, or with something called "Hoptoit", which is an app, that will search for the best air prices, but does not "sell the tickets" Beware of ticket sellers/ third party vendors. JustFly will play games, and claim hidden fees. When I saw the "cheap tickets, and paid using my debit card, they charged my card, and then send me an email, that I still needed to pay $23 dollar "transportation fees". There is no "refund within 24 hours rule", since that is an airline rule, and you are not buying from an airline. Do not book with JustFly. They will charge you hidden fees.
The site adequately provided the expected service. At the time of my search for an inexpensive flight and minimal layovers, they were able to offer me the best deal. I will utilize their services again.
I booked a flight to melbourne and got it for 1635. 41. Then i get my credit card statement for $2367, 41! I called and JUSTFLY said it had gone up in the 3 minutes it took to book. I WILL NEVER fly with JUSTFLY again, im really upset and it has soured my flight home to see my 92 year old father. I should have stuck with expedia. Lesson learnt. Be warned
Justfly it's a very convinient for me to purchase my ticket flight. Great deal of price! This is the reason why every of my trips I got by this company. Would recommended to anyone who like travel domestic and international.
Nobody is responsible for any cancellation, change, or lost, very unhelpful customer service, over 2 hours of waiting time on the line if you want to talk to some, no refund for any flight cancellation even from airline. Overwelming experience..
Justfly should get on the customer service, if they want customers. Some businesses must not like having customers. It seems to be the norm these days. I needed to talk to an agent after my plans and flight were cancelled due to covid last year. The website falls short in addressing some of these issues, but talking to an agent is impossible. Perhaps, this company is nothing other than robots and machines.
I have been trying to use a credit from a flight that I paid insurance on for over two weeks. I am curently on hold for 1.45 hours without anyone even coming on to tell me they will be with me or any updates. Why dont use the website you ask? Well, when trying to secure online tickets and I get to the voucher portion (which would be so easy to complete online if credit applied) it tells me... yes you guessed it... call the *******5015#. And of course, I cant upload pictures, so frustrating.
This place is a joke. I am confident I will not be using justfly in the future!
First and last interaction with JustFly. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Was booked for February instead of March and I did confirm my itinerary at the end of the call. Called the following day when the mistake was realized and the customer service agents continued to lie to me about flights and costs. I had to fight with them to keep the same flight times on the correct date and had to confront the agents about flight times. When confronted they stated that those flights were only for "new" reservations. I was finally able to get the switch and was informed that It was going to be a $400 charge on top of my $375 ticket making my total cost $775. This could have been an easy fix and an incredibly grateful customer but they hung their hat on my verbal approval.

Overall good experience. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we had an issue with KLM flights that kept bumping up by thousands of dollars once you had put in all your information. Very frustrating, but I think it must have been a KLM issue.
JustFly is the cheapest website I could find. I have looked in many places and this one is far the best. Other websites do have similar features as JustFly but it was just faster and easier to navigate with my eyes. Everything is very clear, not many unnecessary ads, quick responses. This was my first time using JustFly and I will definitely look for my next flight in here. I have recommended it to my friends as well.
After paying for flight, I went to make seat selection, and there were only seats available that had a cost associated with it. If this is the policy, it would have been good to have that communicated before purchase. I felt tricked. I clicked on to your site from Kayak. The price wasn't too bad with seats added--it was just an unpleasant surprise.

This is the agency that counts more for the ticket than it costs. Then you will be deceived and stolen by them. They don't care about the call numbers. The whole bunch of fools. Best buy a ticket straight at the airlines you fly will be cheaper and without nerves
All I say is, if Justfly is messing with you with the fake charges, wrong booking and they are not resolving your issue. Then call your bank to dispute the charges! I got mine fixed in 10 day. As a customer it's our right & your bank will help you.
I booked a flight this morning. I must have accidentally clicked on the wrong date. As I was sure that I won't change the flight, I did not request the 24hour cancellation insurance. At the end a window indicated "check your itinerary and book". I clicked on it to see my itinerary and to confirm the right date and time. Instead, it booked my flight. I noticed that I was a day off and called the helpline within less than 60 seconds. They told me that changing the date would be too expensive and I am better off paying a $35 cancellation fee and re-booking. What a rip-off! There is no way that within 60 seconds my booking was already processed and could not be reverted, yet they want to make money, so they told me there is nothing they can do. Sure, clicking the wrong date was my fault, but every airline allows 24-hour cancellation for free. Never again will I use their site/services!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
