I selected $3800 flight & by the time I finalized my booking they charge me $6241 the worst part is you wait 2hrs to speak to someone & $225 is non refundable. Still not solved

JUSTFLY IS A TOTAL SCAM! I had such a terrible experience with this company. I got hung up multiple times. There is no such thing as a manager or supervisor in this low budget company. It seems like they are HQ in California but everyone has an accent so I won't be surprised if I am speaking to representative overseas. They do not cancel or make changes to your reservations without throwing fees after fees at your face. First they wanted to charge me $75 then it doubled to $150 and then they told me the fair is completely gone which was a lie. They do no offer any compensations. They are quick to hang up the phone on you and they promise to e-mail or call back and nobody hears from them. This company and all the representatives should get shut down and fired. Poor customer service all the way around. Nobody wants to help you in any way and they will make you run around in circles. Do not waste your money on JUSTFLY.COM. They will eat up your money in two seconds but will charge you close to $1,000 to make any changes. Next time, use a trustworthy site with your money. JUSTFLY.COM is a total scam, especially a man named Carlos, if that's his real name. I have also reported them to BBB.

Thieves! I was booking a flight and just when I had given them my credit card information a message poped up in the screen saying the flight price had gone up. There was an OK option, which I did not click because I didn't want to pay the increased amount. There wasn no "NO" option or chance to delete your card information. They booked the flight although I did not click OK. I called immediately to explain. They said they would reimburse. They did, partially, but charged me with a "booking fee" of $150 which they refuse to give back in spite that I never gave my OK to that flight. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I will bring them to court if necessary, but the best warning is DO NOT USE JUSTFLY if you don't want to be robbed.

I bought 2 tickets from San Francisco to Sydney for 1800$, had to cancel them for health reasons. Quantas took 1000$, JustFly 300$.
The moment I call their customer service, my nightmare begins:
I can only seem to be helped by Asian girls with a mediocre English, which literally makes a simple step a real quest; I have to repeat myself over and over, spell words, just to be told they are not able to handle the conversation because of language issues.
The cherry on the cake? I decide to pay the 300$ fee cancellation with my debit card, different from the cc I used to buy originally the tickets, just to find out that they INSTANTLY took my money away, BUT I have to wait 8-12 weeks for a reimbursement of 500$.
When I try then to put the fee on the cc, they say its impossible for them to do it.
Let that sink in: a mediator company cannot even change credit card to pay them a fee, but I have to wait up to 3 months to see my money back.
My advice? Don't ever even digit their website, stay far far away.
