After booking by phone with Justly they apologized for not being able to choose seats but told me that would send me a link so I could do it myself. When choosing my seats using the link there was at no point any indication of prices or a request for payment but next day a charge of $ 479 was made to my credit card. When enquiring I was told this was a non-refundable charge for seat selections (in addition to my ticket price)!
This was the first time I travelled with restriction of not being able to have a carry on. It is hard to fit everything you need for the weekend in a handbag. However everyone was helpful and it all went smoothly.
I was tired of other sites "getting back" to me with new prices, and I just wanted a handy, straight-forward web site to enter my travel info and get some seats.
Justfly was clear, quick, easy to navigate and conclusive. Confirmation had an easy-to-read ledger of all charges within moments, and I could move on.
Justfly has a great user friendly site and great deals on airfare. I like that Justfly gives you options to choose from regarding the type of flight you are looking for (whether price is your concern or the amount of stops)
I have used this app many times and find it accurate, reliable, and easy to navigate... the overall experience is always a positive one... even if you are just looking to make a plan for a future traveler event.,, just can't say enough positive things. Except try them and experience what quantity service is like!
It was very easy to navigate the site and search for the right itinerary and price. By taking advantage of the flexible flight options provided, I made a few adjustments with my schedule and saved close to $300 on this trip.
Booked a flight with them and then had to cancel because the second passenger I booked with is not longer able to make the trip. I was charged $150 for cancellation per person and then was denied a refund. I now have travel credit with them that they REFUSE to let me change to a different flight/location and wont remove the second person to apply the credit to my ticket. Which makes no sense! If its your money, on your card, YOU as the purchaser should get to decide.
Company is straight garbage. DO NOT book with them. You're better off paying a little bit more money with a reputable company than these scammers.
Worse customer service and no manager or owner are available to take care of the issue, only evil workers who don't care. I called a hundred times and never resolved the issue even though I purchased from them. They want the time to pass so they can make excuses. No one should buy from them; instead, buy directly from the airline because these third parties eat our money and make excuses so they don't have to give back. I asked the customer service person to transfer to the manager, and he refused to either he didn't want it, or the manager told him to do that. Hopefully, some read and take action on that and reach out to the employee who is doing this to give lousy customer service and is not engaging in resolving the issue. I also wish there was a manager or owner I could speak to about why they are worse.
This website is full of $#*! and totally misleading. I was basically robbed of almost $1000. 00. My return flights were cancelled and I was not notified, I had to call the airlines myself because I was not receiving updates. After FINALLY reaching JustFly after weeks I was told I would have travel credit, not even 5 minutes later it was revoked. JustFly basically wanted me to pay full price for tickets I already paid for! Worst customer service and I can't wait until the day they're $#*! down. $#*! Justfly, believe me I'm saving you money and a headache. STAY AWAY!
I booked 7 passengers with this site in the beginning of March Miami-Madrid went back and forth with the agent who stated the lowest price was guaranteed(we would get credited if it decreased... well they are like $260 cheaper now and I called and a manager stated we did not choose that option! REALLY how convenient when the agent booked he advice us on it...Dont believe these Folks...
I purchased tickets for my wedding anniversary. I checked the dates to make sure they were right, double checked & then triple checked. When I get the confirmation it's for a completely different month! I contacted them & explained the problem. Wow - talk about unfriendly, unhelpful "customer service"! At the end of the call she "confirms" I didn't make any changes to the reservation. When I pointed out that's because she won't let me make any changes she "confirmed" again that no changes were made. They never even offered "sympathy" about the problem... You know, something like "I'm sorry to hear that". There is a reason their prices are so low - though they don't seem very low when you have two plane tickets you can't even use! Would never, EVER deal with them again.

Their website quoted one low price ($1556.26), but in the end I ended up paying a much higher price ($1777.26), THEN they charged me to cancel the tickets, because I went over the 4 hour time limit to cancel. The problem is, we called 1.5 hours after the payment and we were ON HOLD for close to 3 hours! They didn't answer the phone and somehow it's our fault that the time limit went over? How is that even logical? They charged me $75 per ticket ($150) because they didn't have enough staff to answer Customer Service calls and the Sales Team had no capability of canceling the tickets either...!
I spent 1.5 hours online for them to tell me "I should have read the entire terms of purchase". To reschedule a flight cost 333 dollars. To purchase a new flight directly from the airline cost 319. This website provides no service and takes advantage of customers. I'm a frequent flyer and am furious with their policies and customer service. Shame on them.
The site was easy to use. The only problem I had was that you do not take the credit card that I usually use. A lot of seats were blocked out and my reservations are being made three months in advance so I did not think this many seats could have been taken already. Still excited about my trip to visit my grandson.
Change flight charge $200. Air line fee for changed flight $75. Charged an additional $160 more than what the initial price of the flight purchased and what was currently listed as the fare on their website for the same flight. Ridiculous. I could have purchased a new flight for less than changing my current flight... which is what I did on another more reputable site. The customer representatives were idiots. They tried to put me on a flight that would have taken 17 hours instead of many listed flights that should have been only 7 hours. I will never, never, NEVER use this site again and I strongly recommend everyone stay clear of this scam. - 0 stars. Even worse that $#@!
This has never ever happened to me and I've used many websites before. I travel a lot and jet fly is the only website that charges cancellation fees after 10 min of purchasing a ticket! And what I've seen on the ticket that's what I've paid! Not the second I pay they charge 300 more than ridiculous! I wonder why you guys have so many BAD reviews! I should have them before I used JUstfly. Never again

I had read a blog about travel sites and decided to download a recommended app and give it a try. I have used justfly before, but this blogger was offering me the chance to save money (who doesn't like to do that). Running through several different hoops and snags I deleted said app and returned to Justfly where I got a much better deal with great service. Thanks!
I was satisfied with just fly but not with United. My flight got delayed 3 times. Justfly is the site that I use to book all of my flights the prices are always amazing. When it's time for my next flight I will be booking through them again.

I've had my itinerary changed 5 times so far and I leave for my trip in less than 2 weeks. Every time I call their itinerary is different from the one they send me. I have been on hold for more than an hour working with the agents to try and get my flight straightened out. I bought my ticket in November of last year which I thought would give me enough time to get everything in order. I'm so close to leaving and I'm afraid I'm going to get to the airport and my flight will be something totally different. They also didn't advise me that part of the flight I'm on a waiting list. LOL! This has been the worst experience. Please google this company before you buy from them. What good is a cheap ticket if you never get on the flight?

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
