Crew members were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Employees at the airport were helpful and did not mind answering questions we had. My experience buying online tickets was fast and simple.
Just fly. No one answering my questions on messenger. Seems like your company store credit card information without cardholders consent even when we book tickets, don't create profiles and don't save credit card #'s. After it, any new charges you just store to that credit card without cardholders consent or confirmation. Do you think it's legal? It's a fraud! You charged my credit card for some extra purchase that we even didn't do and ticket was not even bought on my name. You add extra charges after bookings claiming we do it without any confirmation or emails hoping no one can notice until it's too late to cancel
I wish I would have looked at the Better Business Bureau complaints before booking. I felt the price was bait & switch because as soon as I clicked on flight confirmation, the flight increased $100.00. Beware that this happens! The customer service dept is horrendous & the supervisor stated that there are no managers to speak to & he refused to take my phone numbers for a call back!
Any positive reviews are lies.
I would give JustFly -1 if I could. Whatever you do DON'T use JustFly. They hold you up by not letting you cancel a flight within 24 hours of your reservation without charging $75 per traveler. In my case $225. They are thieves. Several lawsuits have been filed against them. If you travel DON'T use JustFly.
I purchased 2 round trip tickets from LAX to SFO and at time of purchase was told on the website that the two tickets would cost $156.80 which included taxes + fees. When I checked my bank account there were two charges. One for $156.80 charged from "Virgin America" and an extra charge of $23.90 from "JustFly". This fee was never reflected on the checkout screen, there was no mention of an extra fee anywhere on screen! When I received my receipt it does not reflect this hidden fee either! This is completely shady and uncalled for! I tried to get a hold of their customer service representative but was stuck on an endless cycle of their automated system which made it impossible to get an actual human being on the phone. I called countless times and was unsuccessful in getting someone on the phone and was ultimately hung up on by their automated system! Now I'm worried if these tickets are actually legit and was hoping to surprise my BF!
Booked trip to anchorage 10 months in advance. 1 month before my flight, was notified flight was changed. Instead of noon I would get in 6 hrs late & miss my ride to homer. After 7 calls was obvious no one was interested in helping. Cancelled flight and booked with expedia. Only problem justfly didn't cancel first flight. Found this out after several more calls and it was too late. Now I am out $800. DONT TRUST THEM

I always have an amazing experience with Justfly. I have been booking my tickets trough them for over a year and each time is great. If there is any changes in flights they email right away and let you know. I'm a big fan and I have told many friends about it.
After realizing I picked the wrong dates, I immediately called justfly to cancel. The call wait time was extremely long which caused me to go 3 minutes over the grace period. They charged me an outrageous fee to cancel tye flight. I've flown over 30 times and never had this happen. This is my first and last time using that website.
Cancellation. Why does it take up to one 1 month for Just fly to credit back fare from cancelled flights? Its been 5 days now and upon checking at their website they say it can take up to 1 month before a refund is completed. Kayak refunds within 24 hours of cancellation.
More than one flight time, always low price. Easy to find flights anywhere. Secure card site. Never spam emails. Just fly.com is a great site and I ha e recommend it to friends and family. The only bummer is I wish it offered reward miles
They are charging me an additional $465 to modify the travel date on a $800 flights, they burry this "policy " under the fine print on page 12, The links they sent after you booked to "manage/change/cancel your flight trouble free " doesn't work, they forced me to call and stay on hold for almost 45 minutes. I learned my lesson and will broadcast this on the local radio tomorrow. Stay away from this company and their parent company - Flighthub.
Online travel sites: look for one, everyone else pops up. Ran each separately for calm, organized experience. Entered my info (5-6 mos. In advance) and immediately found affordable flights at human hours. Baggage info was easily found and understood (my ticket doesn't allow checking baggage).
This company has some of the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I purchased tickets just 24 hours ago and was told that "I am $#*! out of luck" on getting my money back by on of their customer service representatives. When I asked to speak with her manager she hung up on me. When I called back they told me I could cancel them, but only if I'm willing to pay an additional $150. What a scam.
I booked a flight last March for a trip in May (funeral). They charged my card twice, because it was at the beginning of the pandemic I was informed I could not speak to anyone or dispute the charges until 2 days before I was to take the flight. I called 2 days before and was told I had to provide proof of the double charge... this began a 2 month back and forth with them asking for more and more banking information and stating they were so backed up with requests, etc etc. I finally received an email in July stating my request was approved and I would see the refund in 30 business days. I still have yet to receive the $400 refund (almost November now, 8 months after the booking occurred) and now the company is no longer accepting phone calls to customer service. Horrible experience, I will never use them again.
I booked a flight with JustFly and due to a technical error I called them back 2 hours later to correct it. They would only do it for a $50 fee. Everyone these days make any changes within 24 hours even on the most stringent no refundable fares. They were completely unhelpful. I will never book with them.
Its a SCAM! Tried to reach them for a week, nothing, no call backs, no E-Mail I can send a request to.
I could cancel the flight, with 18 weeks refund time. 4 and a half month, are you kidding me?

I used Kayak and was linked into JustFly. I found what I was looking for right away so decided to book my flight. The process was super easy... just follow the steps! Confirmation emails were immediate which I appreciate as I always make a hard copy, just in case. Thank you for your service. Jan
The title says it all. The change fees are outrageous, and JustFly adds their own change fee in addition to that of the airline. I was asked to pay $750 for changing a business ticket. Twice. Beware! Hold times also are incredible. Last time I was disconnected. Hard to believe they can even do business. I wonder if they deliberately have long hold times so you have to accept the change fee in utter despair. Now, in desperation, I changed my ticket to coach class online. They charged me the $150 fee but did not change the ticket. I can't believe this company is allowed to operate.
I booked an overseas trip in December not knowing that the virus would cancel everything. Justfly has been so rude and disrespectful! I have been hung up on multiple times and screamed at and even fined because I can't take my trip. I will never ever book with them again and I suggest no one else does either they will not work with you at all!
After booking by phone with Justly they apologized for not being able to choose seats but told me that would send me a link so I could do it myself. When choosing my seats using the link there was at no point any indication of prices or a request for payment but next day a charge of $ 479 was made to my credit card. When enquiring I was told this was a non-refundable charge for seat selections (in addition to my ticket price)!

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
