A scam, pure and simple. They simply lie about the ticket class and then leave you to sort out the details. I bought a standard economy class ticket at prices higher than others because I needed checked baggage. After lots of misdirection (and conveniently enough the 24 hour refund period) I was told i was incorrect (despite the screen shots and Just Fly's own confirmation email). A straight out hustle, and I guess not much to do about it. Hope this helps others...
Cool website to book flights from. I've been using this service for a few months running now and so far had never had a bad experience. Flights were simple and always flowed smoothly. I find the process quick and efficient, helpful for single moms like me. Thanks a lOT!
I liked Justfly.com for long time but, I just recently booked my $1400 flight to go overseas and I had to cancel it for death reason. No customer service to contact, no email address to contact them. The computer said we will sent you an email to fill out a forum so someone will contact you never happened. Spending a lot a money on a website that doesn't have a person to answer your question is the most ridiculous thing that happened to me. I will never book anything with them again
Customer service doesn't want to help you at all. You'll wait for 30 mins and more just to speak with an agent who won't bother try helping you ending up a 5 min conversation in a 30+ mins wait. What a waste of time. Doesn't even offer cheapest flight.
I had booked a flight and realized it was the correct day but the wrong time. I waited on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me there's nothing they can do besides charge me more money. It's my bachelor party and wanted to fly with my friends.
THis company is a complete scam. Air Canada emailed me saying they returned the money so I patiently waited, when I ask air Canada what credit card was used, they said a master card - I don't own master card! It's virtually impossible to speak to anyone from just fly, it's a complete scam and would never book through them, again, I lost $450 with these a$$ holes
Just wanted to book a flight. Don't need to be besieged with offers. Won't use them again. It really was an accident. Normally book direct with the airlines. These sites do not offer any savings, just aggravation.
I'm a frequent traveler. Been to Europe, South America, the Caribbean, you name it. I always check multiple website before purchasing my tickets and always find that Justfly has the best prices. They're my go to site!
Just Fly is easy to book, great prices, great alerts to lower fares. They are reasonable for giving money back when needed and helping redirect travel when needed. Overall I love the convenience of booking with them
The customer service I received from JustFly was noteworthy. Not only did they do everything for me (flight search, booking and confirmation), but they even called me the day before my flight to make sure I'm prepared!
Had to re-book our United flight due to emergency Pacemaker implant surgery. Justfly very helpful in the booking as well as providing info needed to claim cancellation insurance. First dealings with JustFly but would use them again.
Many great options with range of airlines and flight routing choices. Site is very user friendly. Ease of booking n great prices. This is our fifth time using and will continue to use it in the future
I was surprised at how thorough Justfly.com is. It gives you so many more choices with all the options I needed. Nothing was hidden either. I could add options and then immediately see what the new cost would be. Then the website kept track of where I was going with the decision I was about to take and even reminded me the next day by email where I had left off in deciding what to do. I needed that in order to keep up with the decision making process. Congratulations, JustFly for a job well done.
I am still awaiting a refund from justfly that was promised me over three months ago. I have been on hold with these people for 2 hours and there is no response. I send them emails and the reply "your case has been updated." I am fully entitled to this refund (flight was with Alitalia) and they are not answering their phone, Alitalia has of course disappeared, and there is no money in sight.
I think I paid too much. United Airlines is a joke with all the fees you have to pay to upgrade to Economy class. But the "forecast" said to buy so I did. I should have held out for an option that had price drop protection so I could get a better deal. I probably won't use this site/service again it's not worth it.
I called them to book an international flight. The lady didn't offer any suggestions, didn't help me find what I was asking for, and was pushy. Unfortunately, I ended up booking a flight that I'm not happy with at all. Two days later I'm trying to change it and they and the airlines want to charge way too much money. A real rip off!
My flight got canceled (which is totally understandable) and I called Justfly for help since I had two more flights until my final destination. The first representative was rude and hung up on me. The second representative asked me to forward an email to him, although the email says, "We never ask you to forward this email to anyone". It sounded so shady. The last representative tried to charge me without sufficient reasoning. Finally, an airline representative at the airport changed my ticket at no charge. A lot of headaches, trouble, and waste of time. Do your best to stay away from this agency.
I won't shop airfare anywhere else! Incredible convenience for car rentals, luggage insurance. Across the board best. I have my friends and family using JustFly, impressive airfare prices. Gotta be my favorite!
Crew members were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Employees at the airport were helpful and did not mind answering questions we had. My experience buying online tickets was fast and simple.
Just fly. No one answering my questions on messenger. Seems like your company store credit card information without cardholders consent even when we book tickets, don't create profiles and don't save credit card #'s. After it, any new charges you just store to that credit card without cardholders consent or confirmation. Do you think it's legal? It's a fraud! You charged my credit card for some extra purchase that we even didn't do and ticket was not even bought on my name. You add extra charges after bookings claiming we do it without any confirmation or emails hoping no one can notice until it's too late to cancel

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
