Before booking on Justfly.com website the flight info read Free 24 hour cancellation. I booked the flight. I also purchased CSA insurance. It took me over one day to get Justfly.com phone number for customer service. In conversation the yelled at me, argued, fussed. Finally I spoke to the highest level supervisor. I complained about how I was treated. The supervisor only said Im sorry after I stated I will file a complaint with the company. All customer service persons are foreign accent. Rude, arrogant deceiving & out talk the customer. *******015 & *******189 are the 800 #. Be ready to be verbally abused.
I stated there was false information which is fraud (Free 24 hour cancellation). I would not have booked the flight. However CSA will give me a refund. Get CSA INSURANCE for $24 not Justfly.com cancellation insurance!
I had booked travel through Justfly for an international travel. A month in to the booking one of legs of travel by a particular airline was cancelled as that particular airline was no longer in business.
Here are the problems with Justfly:
1. Its takes forever to get connected to Justfly to reschedule (they have way little staff for this than they do for sales)
2. They take 6 to 8 weeks to send you a refund even though it might not be your fault
3. They tried many options for me (remember this was more than 3 months before my travel date) and for every change they needed permission form the airline and they get rejected most of the time.
4. They put you on eternal hold and have a policy never to call back or call back to give you an update.
5. their call center seems like is in Philippines and communications are extremely difficult.
6. Customer service after you paid for the ticket is extremely awe full.
I will never ever deal or buy an air ticket from Justfly.com.
The user interface was simple and straight forward. There were lots of flight options to choose from. At times the site moved slowly but not sure if it was my pc? Internet connection or the site itself. However, my booking went through despite an emailed confirmation not being received in my inbox. I printed my itinerary just in case of any anomalies but once I checked in all went well.
For the most part the experience with the cheap flight - basic economy I think - was ok. But being told we have to be the last to board and getting different snacks when the info I was given said they would all be the same - makes you feel a little singled out. However there were quite a few of us so that made it better. Other than that it was ok
If possible, never buy tickets on this site. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The company charged me money for choosing a seats that I didn't make. They refused to return the money, because the money was withdrawn from my account, although there were 24 hours left before the flight and I did not finish check in yet, and they also refused an alternative solution to this problem. They also denied me a voucher that I could use on their website to buy other tickets in the future. I will never buy tickets from this site again.
We booked a trip to Bali on 12/2/23 and cancelled 12/28/23 and they would not issue us a refund, apparently you must cancel within 24 hours of booking. They only offered us a credit and we had to use it by 12/2/24 and it had to be the same destination. Upon receiving the voucher we were informed that when we book there will be a $200 per person handling fee and another $300 penalty fee. Absolutely ridiculous...avoid booking with them. I only added a 1 star because you had to pick one.
Their user interface is wonderfully designed, the large buttons and straightforward instructions are very easy to follow. I once booked a flight to Manila and made some small mistakes which can't be fixed on the website so I called their hotline. I was able to connect within 5 minutes and within 30 more minutes, my problem was solved. Excellent customer service is what makes me come back to their site.
If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to buy a flight ticket for the following day, then this site will be the best choice. I've booked a last-minute flight last Oct. 19 because I my wife had a severe allergy attack and I had to check on her. Luckily, the flights were discounted and it was all good.
Today is third day we are trying to use our credit (from previous ticket that was cancelled and charged $300) to book new ticket and they cant help with it! Horrible customer service, holding for 1 hour and more each time and saying that there is an error and call back to them in 24-72 hours! Long story short- miserable customer service

I booked a ticket and paid for it. 3 and 4 days later they continued to take more money out of my account. I checked the exchange rate on the day and the correct money was deducted.
Who do you email or talk too? No body, whatsoever! The phone number is BS. No one is home.
I will never deal with this company again. I had been using this airline every month for the last 7 or 8 months getting what I thought was fairly good rates. Everything was fine until I developed a problem. Then I started having long wait times. Eventually I just asked for a refund and they charged a significant amount of penalties. The kicker at the and was when they told me that the poultry amount of refund that I would be getting could take up to 4 months to be refunded. I was aghast. I spent 8 hours between the airline and this reservation company. Great if you want cheap flights but hold your breath and pray that nothing out of the ordinary happens. Then you are screwed.
I've booked multiple flights with JustFly over the past three years. Honestly haven't used any other site since. I always have a very convenient and easy time booking flights and the prices are the best. International travel was made easy for me thanks to your website and I cant wait to book my next flight with you!

Just fly makes it easy to see all of your flight options in one place and is easy to book with. I also love discount Tuesday - they had the cheapest prices and I was able to get a great deal on my flight. The main thing that would make it better is if it showed which flights include baggage!
My boyfriend accidentally put wrong return date. Tried calling emailing and chatting on website no response. Had to buy new flights at SW so paid double to get to Mexico. Thanks for NOT responding or answering my he phone JUSTFLY! Rip Off!
Most of the time I don't subscribe to different websites because I get irritated by all the spam mail. I was watching for about five months straight to see when flight prices will drop. I even downloaded multiple apps all of which never had price is lower then just fly. Me and my family are going to Kauai for the first time and I was able to afford it due to the low prices we found on your website.
WORST airline company I have EVER encountered! They do not have a customer service number for one so good luck getting help easily. Two, any issues with your flights or cancellations out of your control, good luck getting your money back. You will be tossed like a ball between JustFly and the airline carrier with no one taking accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid a huge headache by just booking directly with the airline. I have never dealt with more unprofessional and unpleasant representatives. They are not for the customer.
Really poor customer service, for some reason the Name was reversed on the booking, while checking in at the airport, the airline won't let us check in without paying for the name change. We had to pay otherwise we can't go through the customs
I called the justfly, tried to find out what happened because the name reversed is some how unbelievable and the rep said it will cost you more to change the name and you have deal with the airline directly x2. He had no desire to assist me. Sad! And this will be our first and last time booking with them.
If I could I give justfly.com 0 star. The are scam. Real scam. I booked a ticket by them for $50 cheaper, however without letting me know they charged me extra of $218 for no service. The price ended up being $168 more expensive than the airline. When I contacted them they were very rude, not responsive and they keep you waiting for the right response. They are scam and no customer service. Do not buy anything even $1 from them. It will end up much more at the end with this company.
I liked my experience with one exception: I purchased 4 tickets, but it was not until after I received my confirmation that I was informed about United's Basic Economy restrictions on my ticket; e; g., I do not get overhead bin space. Plus, I cannot pick my seats, which is fine for me, but the people sitting next to my 5 and 7 year olds may not be too pleased :) All that said, if the site could allow customers to pick which class of ticket they are purchasing and what that means, that would be helpful. The classes should have the same names across all travel sites (may be out of your control but we need to be able to compare apples to apples). When I called the customer help number, I was helped quickly by someone very adept and kind; therefore, I am very pleased with my experience. Thanks,

We just spoke to one of your reps name Shane agent ID 3524 worst experience ever. She kept on muting the call with no hold music and it sounded like she was outside and not in a building nor a room there was wind coming through the phone. It sounded like she was late to work and was taking the call on the go. Worst of all it took her over 30 minutes to submit a refund request on a cancel flight. I asked her over 10 times for a manager and she kept on refusing please help. If I don't hear back I will just despite this charge with my credit card company much easier

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD

However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. At this point, the ticket non-refundable as per the airline fare rules. We would suggest contacting CSA Insurance to verify with them if you cancel the ticket if you will be receiving a refund.
