All in the app is designed predictably, intuitively & all together super easy. I did all in less than 5-10 min using the smartphone only! Using the computer minutes before, the trip has not been processed, where to put it came at a higher price tag! So thumbs up Justfly!
I had two trips I wanted to take this summer, funds for only one, by using the JustFly site, they saved me enough money to be able to do both.
Now I will spend time meeting two new members of our family, and enjoying the big kids too! Awesome site.
I loved purchasing through JustFly. Booking flights can be stressful in more ways than one and this website provided plenty of choices, and I was able to book a flight almost identical to the flight my best friend booked (we are going to NY for her birthday). I bought my ticket days after her on JustFly and got a better deal than she did (nonstop flights both ways), score! Thank you for making this process easy for me.
Now is not the greatest time to be a company selling plane tickets. I am still waiting on two refunds from them (over 6 weeks now). Before this pandemic, I didn't have any issues with my flights. This has been one of the cheapest websites I have found for flights.
My airline fare purchase was passed from Kayak.com to Justfly.com. In selecting pricing options, I OK'd one connection/stop for my cross-country flight. Justfly booked me on Spirit Airlines. Official, printed itinerary showed two legs: NYC to LA, and LA to Oakland. But, in fact, the actual itinerary turned out to be: NY-Chicago, Chicago-Denver, Denver-LA, LA-Oakland. Each stop required disembark with luggage, wait, line up, re-board the same aircraft. Miserable and unacceptable -- 16 hours. I would never have agreed to such an itinerary. It was deliberately, fraudulently withheld by Kayak and Justfly. Never, ever again.
This site is awful, once you purchase the ticket they don't allow you cancel the booking. I was choosing the best travel ticked for my mom and they just raised up the price for $500+ and I clicked accidentally without noticing the price increased. I have spend 24 hours trying to call them without any luck. Their costumer service don't pick up the phone. Their web site cancellation options don't work at all as you can see in the picture below, there are options that you cant select. Then finally after hours over the phone, told me I have to contact the airline but the airline said is not in their hands until 48 hours after ticked purchased. So THEY LIE to me. I'll never use JUSTFLY anymore.
My booking experience was rather easy and convenient online. You have to read carefully the terms and conditions of Justfly because that's where many people get frustrated when they can't change modify or cancel their trip.
But other than that, I was satisfy with my customer service experience when I called to change my flight. The agent was very professional and took his time to explain every details and my options in order for me to change or cancel my trip. Very good example by the way of a good phone representative doing his job well.
Just Fly is always my number one site to find the cheapest and best deals when it comes to flying. They are affordable, efficient, provide amazing customer service and they know exactly how to ensure your travel details are perfect. They are that company that goes the extra mile to provide price drop information or just information on your flight itinerary. They want to make their customers feel safe and comfortable when booking through them. All in all, I'd strongly suggest Just Fly cause it's just right for your wallet!
Once you have paid they are disinterested. I booked a flight that for the first time in more than 40 years of traveling was canceled. I received no notification from Justfly but from the airline concerned, all Justfly had on their website was that I needed to call an airline - the wrong airline. Totally disinterested in my flight, protections, inconvenience. AVOID! Better to pay a little more and get reliable service, always better to go direct to the airline.
I fly tomorrow and am simply terrified that there will be more mess-ups (I paid over $3,000 for this booking).
They sell you an extended cancellation policy with the impression that "You can book with confidence" and cancel your flight without penalty if your plans change. What they don't mention is that it's only good for 24 hours, which is your right under FAA rule anyways.
Justfly has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Make a simple change. Routinely 3 hours on hold then they do not make the changes. Have had to call them 5 time for a single change and they never send confirmation, charged higher than quoted.
They changed the date of my flight without my consent (10 days earlier than I booked) and, despite several promises, refused to correct it. Despite admitting they made a mistake, they never corrected the wrong date or refunded my money. They left me on hold for way over 2 hours numerous times when I would call. I have never dealt with a more unethical company.
My overall experience was great. I use a lot of agencies for traveling and fly a lot and use rent cars and hotel internationally and domestic. I found that ease of use while good could have been more intuitive maybe even redundant to help those that do not travel so often. Recommend an extra layer of checks for the customer and links back to areas that may need to be reviewed or modified. Changes happen and no fault cancellation up to 72 hrs before unseen events would be nice, giving the customer a better service and reduce stress. Have a way and remind customers about ther frequent flyer and reward card users. Keep up the good work and you will see me more as a customer
I purchase a flight from Chicago to Houston for $142,56. On the next day you cancel my flight and on web site price rice to $290
It is terrible experience. They cancel and sell it for more money. Customer service TERRIBLE. I asked to search flight, agent named Kat asked me 5 times same questions and acted as she asking for first time. 5 times my phone number 5 times dated and time for departure or arrival. After that she gives me totally different dates and time! What? Will never use again. Bank blocked my card because they charger me several times different amounts and a lot of $1 purchases. Now I'm without my credit card
I've used JustFly twice, now. Each time I'm trying to match up with my friend's flight that is booked through his business. Other sites don't show flight numbers which makes it very difficult to find the right one. I find JustFly super easy to work with.
Beware. The check-in luggage is not included in your price. However they would assure you it is.
Also charged me twice for the tickets and I only got the refund after I disputed charges with my credit card. Do yourself a favor and buy tickets elsewhere.
So, I was reviewing a few of the positive ratings on here and just for my own curiosity, I google imaged some of the photos of these "satisfied customers" not surprised they are fake. The results come up with the same person with six or seven different names on Linkedin or Facebook accounts. The company is covering up all of their bad reviews with fake positive reviews to keep there numbers up. Not surprised with the customer service that I received but I am completely disgusted. I hope this helps others make their decision.
Justfly is not able to cancel my 205-912-781 booking number and book me on a new flight. I have been trying to change my flight for over 2 months. After i get off the calls with pleasant associates who take all right data for my change, i still get email i am booked on my original canceled flight. I have been charged triple the cost of my original flight. Still dont have right conformation of booking and not sure if i can actually fly. Would never ever book over justfly again. Countless hours on the phone and confusing website guidance that doesn't allow you to choose a new flight, but makes you call customer service only to never actually make a change, its beyond frustrating.
This site offers good prices and competitive rates in a very saturated market. Sometimes when booking flights the companies do not offer a lower alternate flight which could really save you money. Just fly recommends an alternate date when it is close to the selected day and that in turn saves you money.
This company's policies are not fair and customer service is lacking. I'm sure they're short-handed.1:48 on hold. I will not use this company again. I went different routes for everything else I needed (rental, hotels) because I'm so leery of them and their sneaky dealings. I hope your experience is better than mine.
