I continue to book with Justfly as I've always found flights that are convenient and the price is good. The site is easy to use, which makes the booking experience easy. Good value and easy... works for me.

These guys are thieves, I called 15 times to get my refund as lufthansa said I am eligible for that. But every time I call they lie and keep me on hold for 4 hours. Never ever book with these thieves. As for my refund, i will get it JustFly but i will make sure i light you up on social media and any other platform on earth. I put my self in harms way to earn a living, I pay for something and you cannot deliver you give me my money back.
They tell me they will call me back 24 to 48 hours, i dont get a call, i call them and we start the process over again, with the "oooh we are doing everything we can we will call u back in 24 to 48 hours"
They are thieves and using the pandemic as an excuse to steal. #shutdownjustfly

Horrible customer service the lied On there cancellation policies Horrible when I bought my ticket same page they ask me if I won't to buy insurance I accept and I payed the insurance on my ticket but it was not insurance it was A cancellation policy on Valid for 24 hours horrible customer service I'm 50 years old.,,. Those people there to Take your money horrible way to do business

It is a scam

They are scam, they charged me 58.95 for seats on Alaska airline. And they never book it.
When I called Alaska airline, I found out I paid for seats in the 10 roll and get a seat assigned to me by Alaska airline. On the 29 rolls.
I call justfly and I was told when you pay, you are paying for the select seat not buying a seat. ((( what a scam)) I have to pay someone to select my seat... lol stay away from justfly.

Terrible company. I missed my flight from Brussels to LAX and tried to get in contact with this company. Needless to say they NEVER pick up the phone! And I was on hold for almost 3 hours. Yes 3 hours until I gave up. I had to buy another ticket because of this!
DO NOT USE this company to buy airplane tickets!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. It has been 5 days since I purchased my flights. My flights came to around $600 and I have been charged $1200. I have tried to call 5 different times and have been on hold for more than 10 hours with no avail. They are crooks. There is no way to contact them except through phone which I am not even convinced that anyone is actually answering. They have no call back options and no email address. I would never buy from them again.

Be careful!

Although the price on the flight was great, when I needed to change the date on just the return portion it was going to cost twice as much as I paid for the entire flight. When researching the airline itself, the change would've only been $100! Make sure you know the details!

Loving the Deals
May 21, 2017

Easy, simple, and fast. Our son told us about this site and it has made it easy to find cheap affordable flights that make it easy for us to fly. Being Snowbirds traveling back and forth between Washington and Arizona we have been able to find flights that have saved us money and made it easy on our fixed retirement income. Love the $9 pick a seat also.

Caution- Buyer bewear!

Paid an extra $100.00 For specific seat assignments. Arrived at the airport being informed the seat were previously assigned. Phoned Justfly being informed I paid for a request that was not a guarantee of a seat assignments. Thief at the highest levels. In addition, the fare was higher than that of the airline.

The site was easy to use except trying to book the same flight as my friend. I would want to be in the same plane that my friend will be on, so trying to find the same exact plane was difficult for no reason.

False Advertisement

False advertisement, they will have a phone only fare that is a totally a lie. They will ask for your number just in case it gets disconnected and ask you for a second number. At soon I provided my wife and I numbers they told us that sorry but the airline sold the tickets and the only one they got was double the price. I told them no and found the same fly in another website for cheaper price. But the only bad think that made me write this review that at soon I hang, like magic, my wife and I started receiving advertisement phone calls from all type of companies. I never before receive so many advertisements call. I dont have proof! BUT WHAT OF COINCIDENCE!

As an online travel agency, we do not make any outgoing phone calls. Only advertisements that would come from us are JustFly advertisements and they would be sent by email if you subscribed. If you are not subscribed, then you do not get any advertisement.

Cheap flights. Just wish it was easier to modify reservations without high fees. I had bought a one-way, then saw a cheap round-trip. At the cost of modifying/canceling, it made more sense to just buy another one-way for a tad more money. Satisfied overall.

Terrible service

There's a $75 cancellation fee even if you cancel within 24 hours! This is ridiculous; almost every travel site I know offers free cancellation within 24 hours. You shouldn't just put this in your "fine print" and con customers. Never using this site again!

Once a ticket is purchased through a travel agency, the agency is allowed to charge fees for any changes or cancellations even within the first 24 hours. One should not assume all companies have the same policies which is why it is very important to go through our Terms & Conditions prior to purchase to avoid any surprises.

Try cancelling a flight within 24 hrs. (before the flight it ticketed) and they will charge you 75$ a person for domestic! The only company that does that. Unheard of and unacceptable. If this is their business conduct, they should be out of it!

Just a warning to anyone thinking about using this company. I you need to cancel a reservation, even if it's less than 24hours of making a reservation they will charge you for $75.00 for processing the cancellation. I have never heard of this company before but I will never use them again! What terrible customer service.

Easy to use!

I was able to search flights from different destinations compare the prices and see the availability. My First Choice was available the price was excellent and it was to the Airport I wanted to Land at. I was very satisfied with my experience.

We had booked a flight to Taiwan from Los Angeles since it was cheap to fly one way. The problem is justfly.com does NOT do there research before booking other flights from airline providers. For example, Xiamen airlines does not have a US customer service phone number to contact. Only China based. So the Number they provide for "customer service" is the US DOT line, not Xiamen air. Just fly goes on a scripted thing and doesn't listen to anything you say even if it is an email from the airline directly. NEVER USE JUSTFLY.COM.

I would had at least had the opportunity to reschedule the flight. I had to cancel my trip because my wife broke her leg and she cannot put weight on it for at least 2 months. So we had to cancel our trip. She didn't lose money on her ticket because she booked somewhere else.
