We had booked a flight to Taiwan from Los Angeles since it was cheap to fly one way. The problem is justfly.com does NOT do there research before booking other flights from airline providers. For example, Xiamen airlines does not have a US customer service phone number to contact. Only China based. So the Number they provide for "customer service" is the US DOT line, not Xiamen air. Just fly goes on a scripted thing and doesn't listen to anything you say even if it is an email from the airline directly. NEVER USE JUSTFLY.COM.
I would had at least had the opportunity to reschedule the flight. I had to cancel my trip because my wife broke her leg and she cannot put weight on it for at least 2 months. So we had to cancel our trip. She didn't lose money on her ticket because she booked somewhere else.

I booked a flight through Hipmunk.com. I've used Hipmunk for years to search and book flights. This was the first time I experienced Hipmunk using Justfly.com to book the flights. Getting the flights to Justfly was fine. They sent an email confirmation with Confirmation #s for each flight and summary of times. All set. I go to the airline to check in for the flight and they have no record of the confirmation. I call Justfly customer service and the Customer Service rep could barely talk. She was horrible. She said I had to call the airline's customer service department. I called them again and they had no record of the flight. I was booked on a different airline on the return leg. I called that airline, too, and they had no record of my confirmation of the flight. I will never use Hipmunk and Justfly again to book flights.

They keep the travel credit instead of charging you a cancellation fee, then they quote you ridiculously high prices to re-use travel credit and ask for additional money, mostly because you do not have access to the travel credit and you have to go through a phone call with their support which takes an hour if you are lucky.
I always go to just fly.com for my airline tickets. I feel this is one of the best places to go find your airline tickets for any destination that you want to go to. I always tell all my friends about just fly.com

I wanted to book a flight Miami - Paris but this company sold me a ticket Miami-Madrid. I received a confirmation email from them for a initial flight Miami-Paris then I received an email from Airfrance confirming my flight Miami- Madrid next day!
They debited $1033 from my account for this ticket. I called them, they told me that it's not refundable and it's not possible to change it. The agent was very rude and told me "Buy another ticket if you want to go in Paris!" Awful customer service.
I opened a claim for a fraud, my bank is investingating. I will also report it to police. This scams have to stop cheat people and steal money. I have all the proofs and confirmation emails.

Very disappointed with the service. Watch out for February bookings because search engine is moving to March and because the days are the same, the airlines are unwilling to accommodate changes and huge penalties are applied to request date modification.
I was doing a booking for Tue Feb 14,2017, but got a reservation for Tue Mar 14,2017 and went I got to the airport, though the airline was willing to help and they were still seats, I was told that only my agent could modify the trip and I had very little help over the phone from JustFly. The agents were mostly concern about penalties charges.
The policy and customer service at JustFly deserves this 1-star rating. I was in an accident and unable to fly due to 9 broken ribs and a pneumothorax. Even with a number of medical notes, JustFly was unable to even budge on their "no cancellation policy, even for medical emergencies". Thank you for stealing my $1,300.
I will recommend you guys to all my friends. I even made it to my destination about 25 minutes early and the price of my ticket was very reasonable. Thank you and i will continue to use you guys for booking my flights.
I use justfly whenever I book my travel. However, this booking experience was completely frustrating do to time constraints, and trying to expedite my travel plans. Hopefully, my next booking experience will be less frustrating.
Just a warning to anyone thinking about using this company. I you need to cancel a reservation, even if it's less than 24hours of making a reservation they will charge you for $75.00 for processing the cancellation. I have never heard of this company before but I will never use them again! What terrible customer service.

The booking experience was all good but then I didn't receive confirmation emails from the airlines... I did receive the confirmation number from JustFly but with most booking sites you get an email from the airline as well. Very strange...
I booked tickets a month before departure with fly.com. They changed my flight for the following day. I didn't know until I tried to check in. It said it was too early. I had received an e-mail stating that my flight was leaving tomorrow which had the right date on, but my itinerary was for the following day. I had to change my whole trip. Had to change my excursions that we were going on. Had to change my rental car. Had to change dates on other tickets that I had purchased for entertainment. I would say, never book through these guys.
It took hours on the phone and many phone calls. Imagine our headaches and dismay! Just Fly told us to call the airline. The airline told us to call JustFly. Nobody took responsibility for the issue of our vacation flight being cancelled. Finally our airline took care of the issue. JustFly did not earn our confidence or money. This is the last time we use JustFly.

Last. Minute booking, i always find justfly as always the cheapest and very reliable. The first time i used it i was the time i was very disappointed i cant find a flight that agree with my sched and budget but thanks i found this site and from there my problem was solved and able to fly with my husband..
Do not book your ticket through this site. When you have a problem they want you to call the airline not them to call for you. They changed your fly time and said it's just a small change. When I asked to make a small change to my fly time they said I could not.

I purchased the Insurance and our tickets say no insurance. Also not being able to reserve seats is awful. I don't know what baggage costs. Not being able to pay for bags and seats up front is not ok.
