Purchased a flight and insurance. Called later to cancel the ticket as my girlfriend didn't need it anymore. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee and were only willing to give me a credit for a future flight to the same destination for the same passenger. LOL Why did I purchase insurance if i can't get my money back and I have to pay a cancellation fee? Wasn't even worth it for me to cancel it.
Won't be flying "Justfly" anymore. I don't recommend you do either.
I booked a flight 12/3/17 to Jamaica, and was charged twice. I contacted justfly & they would not refund the $ back to my credit card, instead they told me they can only issue a
Travel credit. The travel credit is for $570.86. When I tried to use the travel credit on 11/25/2018 the new flight was double the travel credit because of an addition $200 penalty and $150 penalty fee. I ended up paying $1300 for one flight. Never was able to use my travel credit of $570.86. Plus they did not tell me that i had to complete the booking and the flight before 12/3/2018. There customer service is the WORSE. They put you on hold for over an hour and there supervisors are also the customer service representative & travel agents. I have a case pending with the BBB and the State Attorney General office for online transaction not rendered.
You give your customer the best service with value, may be a little more money, but worths it, it saves me time and money. Some company gives me the very cheap price with so many hidden fee that they didn't tell you until after you already booked with them. And you got stuck with them. I feel that justfly is an hornest company and put the customers' need first. Your company will grow and have a good future. Thanks

When we bought a ticket online the best price was JustFly, then we payed with a credit card and we did not have any problem.
When we recived the service of the airline that JustFly choose our airline there was good attention, when it was time for service and the airplane landed at the exact time.
For my next travels I will definitely choose JustFly to buy my tickets.
A recently book a flight through Orbitz and I also had JustFly website up at the same time checking prices. I chose Orbitz and entered all my information. Some how this info populated in JustFly website. I never entered any info into Justfly expect dates. Once I received my CC statement I realized I was booked on the same flight through both companies. I contacted Delta who issued a refund however insurance and fees through Justfly, I was denied a refund. That will be the last time I every look at Justfly's website
I have cancelled my flight and got $300 additional bill!
1. I didn't received promised email about my cancellation within 24 hours (and it is 5 days passed, no email).
2. What was the reason for extra $300 bill during the phone call.
After 5 days I called back, summary:
1. I was told $300 was modification fees ( I wasn't told about on the first call).
2. I didn't received my cancellation email because tickets were partially used.
3. Insurance company will not guarantee re-fund for the tickets.
So bottom line:
They didn't cancelled my reservation, billed me extra $300 and insurance will not cover my cancellation.
The service was pretty good. I accidentally put the wrong date of birth when I booked the ticket. I called the customer services immediately right after I found the wrong date. My problem was solved in 10 minutes. Thank you so much!
Call the company they put you on hold, come back on then hold again for over 3 hr. They said they will get a supervisor, on hold for 20 more min. Then said supervisor will call back. NO they won't. Terrible company to work with. No worth the cheaper prices.
I booked a flight in 2020 that was cancelled due to Covid-19... I was told that I would get airline credits and that they would not expire. Apparently they do expire, rather quickly. I tried to use them recently and was denied. I called the company and sat on hold for over 2 hours! (the credits were over a $1500 value). The agent I spoke with was incredibly rude and refused to let me use any of the credits and said that they expired. This company is an absolute joke and I would not use them again for any reason. Get it together and learn not to screw people over in a pandemic. The people working here really should learn to communicate and understand their booking/cancellation policies before telling people the wrong information because now I am out $1500. Get it together, I am disgusted.
Do not book with this company, I repeat do not book with this company! Scammers
I could not get a refund or some of my money back on a flight that is not due for me to leave until August and here it is June. Wow
I don't like when companies take your money and tell you they don't care what you have going on in your life. (Figure of speech) you can't get your money back! Bad business and I just don't like how they do business.
Do NOT book with them. It's cheaper, but they leave out 'little' details. For example, apparently I had to switch airports (the only way I found out was the tiny three letters after the city.) They don't make a point of telling you. Well, after changing airports, I find out that the airport ISN'T OPEN! I got to New York City at midnight and switched airports only to have to sit outside the airport in a big city with my eight year old daughter. I had to get a hotel so that we didn't have to sleep outside of the airport. You would think they would know if the airport they send you to is open or not. Now they are pretending that it's my fault for not knowing that he airport closes at a certain hour. This company put mine and my daughter's lives in danger. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. I know it's cheaper at the beginning, but it cost me more than if I used an honest company. The BBB also warns against using them.

I reserved my seat for both legs of the flight but then JustFly sent me an email instructing me to save my seat, then when I went in to save the seat I had fewer options wound up in the back of the plane and was not prompted to get my seat for one of the legs. Frustrated.

From start to finish, I was able to easily locate the flights available for the dates I wanted. The cost was in larger print and easy to locate. The time it took me to choose my flights and get my confirmation for payment was wonderful!
Good time figuring out flights. Looked at others sites but yours was very easy to navigate. I was able to find times, dates and location easily and was very happy with what I was able to book in a flight.
I ordered my trip and gave them my bank information, but they did not process my order and took my money from my bank account( pending status). I did not get neither confirmation e-mail nor anything else. I tried to call to provided contact phone and was transferred four times to different departments, but nobody answered me. I had to call to my bank and cancel transaction.

Our cruise was cancelled and we paid the travel insurance they will not refund our airfare, now they want extra money to change the flights. All we want is our money back. This site is the biggest scam!
I was trying to contact their customer service for many times online and trying to call. They do not respond to an existing confirmation. They trying to collect the money right away and not be responsible for anything. Do not use it
