I fly to Cincinnati 3 or 4 times a year. I always use justfly. I have tried some of the other sites and they can be confusing- or they offer a price and you choose that flight and then the price goes up. I have never had any problems with justfly. I also like the email price alerts when I am considering an upcoming trip.

They could not fulfill the request and failed to inform me. When I tried again leading up to the trip, they again could not fulfill the requests and failed to inform me. When I finally called them, they asked me to take it up with the airline since they had requested it and it was in pending status. The airline did not receive the request and I ended up with the worst seats for a 14 hour flight. I was out on hold for 1 hour and 54 mins waiting to talk to a customer service rep. I will NEVER go near this company again and I am on a campaign to inform others not to.

Justfly.com disguised it's the website to make it look like Emirates Airlines' website. Once booked, I found out I had only 24 hours to cancel, I could not change dates unless I paid the whole price of the ticket again, I was allowed to carry only one suitcase on the plane, not the regular two suit-cases allowed by the airlines. It was cheaper to buy a new return ticket. Justfly wanted the full amount again and then gave me a choice on line with long layovers. They were not answering the phone. Please never book a flight with Justfly.com, they are a rip off artist. The Government should look into this agency for deceptive practices.
