I ordered a Turtle Neck Sweater Dress but what they sent was a similar dress but not turtle neck. They asked for pictures which I sent but insisted that what they sent was correct. This went on for weeks. I was responsible for sending back the item that they incorrectly sent me. Then they started asking about the colour, then other items I ordered and what colour they were... trying to distract from their error. What a total waste of my time. The prices are excellent. But sizes are not always correct. Many items are for smaller statures. Make sure you know your "own" body size and check carefully. Colour pretty true to pictures.
Don't be deceived, the pictures are the real designs, lots of material but when they arrive they seem not quite as good but still close.

Every item I ordered was way too small, even though I ordered XL. I normally wear size large. Most of the items were cheaply made, and some of them were made of material that felt like paper, instead of cloth. I won't order from JFN ever again. Also, it took a long time to receive my order.

Pretty sure I wanted one shirt. I got 2 shirts. One had a red pen mark on the front. Donated that one and kept the second one. Ordered a 5x knowing sizing is quite different wherever these are made. Looks like a 2 x maybe. Anyway I won't be buying from here again. Sorry.

My first time buying clothes online. I did not receive an itemized invoice of my order, just an email saying thank you for your order. I requested to return items for a larger size and to date, no response.

I had a lot of fun looking at your beautiful apparels. I am older and never buy on line so it was sort of scary. I am praying that the items I have paid for really will arrive at my door. It all seems a bit like magic to me. God bless you all!

Have not seen product yet. How can I judge. I ordered three shirts all the same size and they all are different in fitting. Not consistent in sizing. The one has a collar lining which will not lay flat.

Very disappointed when I got them, they were way too small and I used the size guide, and even ordered a size bigger! So not at all accurate... and returning the product to origin is not good or easy.

The pictures on line really do not accurately show the pieces as to what is sent. The textures, prints/colors are beautiful in the photographs but fall flat in person. Everything is actually a print of the original item. If it looks like a knit material you get the garment made up in a printed flat picture. It would be better if there was some notation that what you see in the photo is not the textures you receive in the finished garment or that the garment is a photo copy of the original item that is then just "printed" on the material used to sew up the garment.The garments look cheap in person - well they are cheap. I should not have expected a better quality.

I found the website easy to find clothes for the girls in my family. The design is exactly as the photo shows and fits very well. We had bought the same dress previously that we already knew the brand.
