My order was shipped from California. When I requested a return I was told I would have to pay return shipping to China which would cost more than it was worth to return. The clothes were very cheap and do not look like the photos on the website. One item I never received and they refuse to refund. The only offer a 100% store credit for that item but I really dont want anymore of the low quality clothes. I suggest anyone having problems with company to dispute the charges with your credit card. They cant send you clothes that dont match the description and insist you pay for overseas shipping when it wasnt ordered from overseas. (The return address on the package is California and tracking shows it was shipped from California, not China.) The customer service is horrible, they know they aren't going to have repeat business with such poor quality items so they dont care about making the customer happy, they just want to keep your money. I've been emailing them back and forth for 2 months just to get the run around.

An authentic store! Great prices, quality service and an endless variety of options, I'm in love with everything especially for the dresses, my god I love dresses! And the store is full of them! One more beautiful than the other, I made my purchase and I'm waiting for her to arrive and I have no doubt that I will not have anything to complain about, I loved meeting the JustFashionnow store.
Ah! And the site is great, super easy to find everything I need!

I ORDERED 6 DRESSES AND PAID ON SEPTEMBER 17, BUT TODAY IS NOVEMBER 15 AND I STILL DIDN'T GET THE LAST DRESS. THEY ARE SENDING ONE BY ONE. NEVER EVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE! AND ALL (!) DON'T MATCH THE SIZE LABEL AND THE SIZE CHART WERE PROVIDED TO EACH DRESS, SO NON OF THE DRESSES FIT ME. CANNOT GET A FREE RETURT SHIPPING LABEL BECAUSE THEY JUST IGNORING WHAT I SAID IN MY E-MAILS. I SENT ALL REQUIRED PHOTOS, SPENT SOOOOO MUCH TIME ON EXCHANGING E-MAILS, BUT LOOKS LIKE I AM TALKING TO THE WALL! THEY OFFERED ME 20% DISCOUNT TO ALTER NEW DRESSES (!). THE DESCRIPTION IS SHIFFON, BUT THE DRESS IS 1.5LB, HAVY. DO THEY KNOW WHAT SHIFFON IS? DON'T BELEIVE THE GOOD REVIEWS - SOMEBODY FROM THE FAMILY, NOT THE REGULAR CUSTOMERS! THIS IS THE FIRST COMPANY THAT DO NOT PROVIDE 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THE CLOTHING IS NOTHING AS IT APPEARS. CHEAP, BAD QUALITY CLOTHING. AND YOU CAN'T RETURN IT, IF YOU DO, IT WILL COST YOU AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND YET. WHO THE HELL OF HEARD OF A COMPANY THAT YOU CANNOT CONTACT DIRECTLY WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK I WILL CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THESE PEOPLE CAN'T KEEP MISLEADING WOMEN LIKE THIS. AND NOTICE, THE GOOD REVIEWS COME FROM SOMEONE FROM CHINA.

I received a jacket recently. I would not even wear it in bed and that's true! On trying to return it they do not say on their returns policy that the "warehouse" stated is in china. The post office (my item was feather light) would charge more than £8 plus £4 for tracking which the company insist you must do or they won't accept the item. So its a SCAM. I did not pay for the item to be returned; probably wouldn't have received a refund so will be either chucking it away or, I suppose, someone homeless might want it for an extra layer so will give it to someone local. DONT BUY from this company. When I say rubbish, I mean rubbish. Look at the awful reviews on you tube and trust pilot. I would not even give it one star but you have to click on something.

After ordering, which you have to register for first by providing your email and a password, I received an email order confirmation right after it was submitted. An order number was provided. When I tried to log in to check my order the site said my email address was not recognized in their system. What? I replied to their order confirmation email explaining and asking how my email address couldn't be recognized when they had sent me an email? I got a polite reply "sorry you forgot your password", which I did not. I emailed back and explained/complained. Got another email reply from them that I had entered my email address incorrectly when I registered and "sorry, but you cannot change or cancel now". Said I added a "j" on the end of my email. Again, what? How could that be when they had emailed me within seconds after receiving my order? After reading reviews (unfortunately too late) I called my credit card company and explained and am disputing charges since they claim in writing that order will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and it had been 7 and I had received no email that order had been shipped. I can now log into my account with them but there is nothing there. No order to shows up. Checked their return policy and you have to access the return information on your order page. Obviously I can't do that if there's no order showing up in my account. Received an email today that the order has shipped. I probably won't win this one but you have to try. BUYER BEWARE! Also, reputable companies don't usually charge your credit card until items ship.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE AFFILLIATED WITH "STYLEWE." THEY WILL MAIL YOU CLOTHING THAT WILL NOT FIT AND CHEAP. WHY? SO WHEN YOU RETURN IT THEY WILL SAY IT HAS NOT ARRIVED. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU HALF OF WHAT YOU PAID AND MAKE YOU WAIT THE FOR OTHER HALF SO LONG THAT YOU WILL FORGET ABOUT IT CAUSE YOU ARE PISSED. BEWARE OF THESE POP UP FASHION ADS THAT TELL YOU THEY WILL GET TO YOU IN 2 DAYS AND LEAVE YOU NO PHNE NUMBERS. THEY SUCKER PUNCHED ME. AND DON'T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ARE LYING IMPOSTERS.

I LOVE this top! I love it so much that I first bought one in blue, needing more clothes that fit in with dress code at work. I got so many compliments on it and it's so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing something totally work appropriate. I then bought one in purple. Oh my god. It's SO cute. These tops are so versatile, you can wear them for many different looks. Pair it with yoga pants and sneakers/slippers you can get away with wearing in public, you have a casual Sunday afternoon outfit. Leggings and flats, only slightly less casual but you look presentable and cute. Pair it with skinny jeans and some cute boots and you're ready for a fun night out.
