I ordered a dog crate from chewy.com and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, I no longer had a need for it. I contacted their customer service department to do a return and they reimbursed my money within 5 days. But, what puts this company above any other I've ever dealt with is that they did not want me to return the item to them, they asked me to donate it to someone in need! We will be donating it to our local spca. Now this is a company I will use again and again.
Ordered boots for my husband and they arrived the next day! Great price... Much lower than any other site. I will order from them again.
I wish I would have read reviews on this company before I ordered. I can't rate the clothes because I have not received them yet. I ordered 2 coats in mid October and have not received them yet. No order should ever take more than a month to receive! Horrible company... Lousey customer service... I will NEVER order from them again! BEWARE!
