I ordered merchandise and paid for expedited shipment - I never got my merchandised and then when I tried to cancel my order they kept delaying it and asking for more time. Then they shipped items out supposedly - gave me made up waybills to stall me until they were actually shipped- I asked several times for actual tracking numbers and to please cancel the balance, they only cancelled one item and never credited my card. I continued to try to cancel the balance. It was only when I made a dispute with paypal that they agreed to cancel the balance and give me correct tracking numbers for what was shipped. But wait it gets better, they still have not refunded me and they are saying that it is because I placed a dispute with paypal and I need to remove the dispute with paypal to get the refund. I spoke with Paypal and they said that is incorrect and they can refund me at anytime.

I should have known they charged my card instantly when I placed the order - most company charge you as they ship. It is all very shady and unethical.

Don't even try, the quality is not even close to the pictures, it is basically a scam, and the return policy is so bad, you have to send everything back to China and pay customs, that you end up with something that you can use to clean your kitchen... Ah, and it took months to receive the package!

I ordered 4 dresses in January and received only one by the middle of March and that one was defective... the entire front panel design was sewn in crooked. I was able to cancel one dress that was on back order and two others they say was mailed already and that was over 3 wks ago and I still have not seen them. As for the defective dress I have been exchanging emails with them for the last 3 weeks and still have not heard anything. Oh yes, I did hear from them once saying all returns are paid for by the customer (to China)... I wrote them back, saying I am not returning this items because I did not like it, but because it was defective and why should I be responsible for postage. That is when I did not receive an answer back.

I will never order from them again... If you decide to, I hope you have more luck than I did. 3/25/2019

I ordered 7 dresses; they canceled 4 of the dresses because of what ever reason but thank god they did because when I eventually received the 3 dresses ( 1 month later) they look like I purchased it from the 99Cents store. Poor quality and they look nothing like the picture. Jokes on them because I canceled my order got a refund from my bank and canceled my card so they can't and won't get a dime from me.
I am not even going to waste my money sending it back. Maybe I can make pillow cases out of it.

I ordered boots that looked great on the website but turned out to look really cheap. It took me well over an hour to lace the boots (which should have been laced) because the laces were so cheap, I had to put tape. While I was waiting for the boots, I ordered a shirt, but the boots were so awful that I cancelled the order. They said they would credit my account, but it's been over a month and there is still no credit on my card. NEVER AGAIN!

Do not order from this company. I placed order beginning of March, 30 days in advance of trip I was planning, even spent extra $28 for 2-3 day shipping. Now end of March and I have NOTHING to show for it except my credit card bill for $112.5 days ago they (finally) sent me an e-mail with a tracking number link, when I click on the link it tells me there is no such order or package to track. I wish I would have read these reviews BEFORE I wasted my hard earned money.

I chose some dresses that looked gorgeous on the website in early Feb for holiday in April. Checked their returns policy first which was deceptively ok. Dresses finally arrived after a5 weeks and look nothing like those in the photos on Facebook and their website. Same pattern but that is where the resemblance ends. The fabrics themselves look completely different. I asked to return the goods. They offered me a discount to keep the dresses to which I said no. I received a list of things that they would not accept from me but they failed to give me the address to return goods to. I have been writing them for a week to get the address to return the goods to. The address for the Chinese Return Centre is not even in their FAQ. Based on what I am seeing in the other reviews, they will not refund me in the long run either. What a mistake! Do not be deceived by the photos on the website. Total Scam Artists.
