I placed my order March 10,2018 and only received a portion today (4/6/19). I ordered a size 8 dress and received an xxl. This is not what I ordered. I was sent the wrong item for one and I contacted them right away, since they tell you you must contact them within 48 hours. I have never heard anything back! So apparently, you can send them money for something, never receive it and THEY DON'T CARE! Absolutely terrible company - do not deal with them

I ordered two pairs of shoes. They took over a month to come in. When they finally arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures and were most certainly not leather as represented. I believe this is a scam - they take your money, reproduce the item you ordered for cheaper and send you a knockoff! Then, to return, they will only give store credit. I will NEVER shop here again. TERRIBLE!

I am so glad I checked the reviews. I just had a bad experience with another similar company from China with bathing suits called Liligal. Stay clear. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. But I thought for a couple of bathing suites I would give them a try. Mistake.

They are so dishonest and such a scam. The actual product is so very inferior to what is featured on their site. The real kicker, is their fraudulent misrepresentation of their return policy. The policy states that you can return within 15 days. When you attempt to return, you get a message saying that someone will contact within 48 hours and issue you a return label. Despite several emails stating that no contact has been made and that I did not receive a label, I get the same message each time "someone will be in touch in 48 hours. So they keep doing that until the 15 days expire. How rotten.

I was totally fooled by their slick website and delightful photographs. I placed a large order on 3/24 and never received a confirmation, nothing. On 3/30 I checked my account on their website and it showed my order was "processing" so I sent an email, as their site states that the orders should be processed much quicker than 6 days. I received a canned response from the "CS TEAM" stating that I should expect a 3-5 day time for processing. Well now it has been NINE days and I initiated a disputed claim with my credit card company and made a formal complaint with econsumer.gov.

Their site claims 3-5 day business day processing and up to two weeks for shipping, which is expected for items coming from China. After a month of them not shipping my order, I opened a case file with Paypal. They promptly shipped half my order and said they tried to send me a refund for the remaining item but that paypal "would not let them" because I had opened a case. The case was closed (with Paypal of course finding in their favor because they had shipped ONE of the items). And of course, I didn't receive my refund for the item they never shipped. I did finally receive half my order a month later, and the quality was terrible. It looks and feels like a tablecloth. I feel so silly for falling for the clickbait ads. I will never take a chance on one of these overseas fast fashion places again.

But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
