I received the 5 items of my order in 5 different shipments from different places, over a period of a week, one of which was Canada. I was displeased with the quality of all the items. I had not even ordered one of the items I was sent. When I requested a full refund, I was told I would have to return everything to China, pay duty and postage, etc. I asked why I couldn't return the items to Canada instead of China. Answer was NO. Instead I was offered 20% refund, which comes to about $25. This company has a guarantee to make money regardless because it will cost you much more to return items under their terms. Really reprehensible.
The package took two weeks to reach my country. It was all complete and the clothes look good quality.

I sent them the tracking showing it was delivered into China Customs over 2 months ago. Needless to say I am out the $150.00 for the shoes and the shipping, out the $57.25 to return the 2 pair i did receive for total out of pocket of $207.25 and have no items. I say buy locally because for 207.25 and no shoes I certainly could have bought my wife shoes and gotten a thanks out of it. To verify the TRUTH my order number is J*******

First time customer, my wife ordered a few pieces as style from pics looked rather unique. The fabric they used was cheap, the same as for a kids halloween costume at walmart, and the sewing was a joke, I could have sewed better and I cant sew. No not buy from them... The products are of very poor quality, shipping was late and paid $52 in shipping for it to be on line, horrible customer service, refused to put me in contact with a supervisor and half the time they didn't respond! I emailed them 14 times and still no resolution.

Received a pair of shoes three weeks late and it did not look anything like the picture. So ugly. When I asked to return them I was told to pay the shipping fees to China or et a 15-20percent discount on my next purchase! Such a poor return policy. Terrible quality, missized, they refuse to take back unless I pay return (very expensive to China). To return $70 of merchandise I need to pay $45. I'm convinced this company is Berrylook trading with a different name, if not, they use the same supplier as both sell rubbish with items looking nothing like the pictures advertising them. This company, like Berrylook, pop up on Google ads and social media and buyers are seduced by the great pics and low prices, but beware, what u receive is nothing like the pictures. Thankfully I only ordered one dress, which was so thin I could see daylight through it and, unless I had my jaws clamped for 12 months or some terminal illness, had no chance of getting in it anyway as the sizes are all oriental. I'm a size U. K. 10 but this dress fits my 9 year old child, not that she's going to wear it any time soon as I've fashioned it into 6 dusters and a floor cloth which is about all its fit for.

The two items I received were certainly as the worst quality ever, its almost impossible to return items, impossible unless you want to be out of pocket, as postage in many cases costs more than the item, not even any use as a duster as the supposed cotton linen is a cheap polyester, how is this company allowed to trade in UK? Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
