I purchased "linen" shorts and tops. When received they were not linen, but cotton polyester made to look like linen. Items were way too small. It took over 6 weeks when was supposed to take two weeks. Had to pay to send back to China- but was worth it- cost was $23 - was under a lb. Not worth dealing with exchanges given how long it takes. Wish I had seen this website first!
It was nice to see a great selection of clothing and accessories, I was overall pleased with the products, just a few minor issues. The (4) pairs of earrings purchased the clasp was not working properly, I had to fix those clasps by widening the opening. Also, one of the dresses order was too big and currently negotiating an exchange or refund.
I ordered 5 dresses all size small. 2 of them were too small. The other 3 were too big & not as pictured in the ads. I appreciated the refund offer, rather than the hassle and expense of mailing the items back to China. Needless to say, despite the refund I sustained quite a loss. Not sure if I would order from there again, since the sizing nor the ads can be trusted.
I have been very pleased with the cute things, however often the quality is less than hoped. Shipping is a little bit of a wait, but they come packaged very nicely. I won't buy here often as the return arrangements are very poor since everything is handled on a 'slow boat to china'. Definitely novelty -type items, material quality is quite poor.

Dress was very cheaply made. Scarf material and fit was terrible. The back of the dress just looked like a bag. Two out of 3 items did not fit properly. Did not realize until I tried to return dress, that I would have to pay outrageous shipping and customs charges to China. I will never, ever buy anything from this company again.

I have always been cautious when buying online, but since the first order on this website, All my orders have been fulfilled and most of the products are the same as those shown on the page. Ordered a number of items and they all suffer from poor quality materials (look like wool but are cheap printed synthetics), often no labels in clothing indicating what they are made of or how to wash. Construction is shoddy. Serger edges are full of loose threads and seams don't meet. Look like they are made in a sweat shop. Won't order again.

I saw a lot of negative reviews. I almost wonder if they were published by the competition, since the boots I ordered from him on this website were new and perfect. From what I can tell, the box arrived sealed, shipment was as promised and on time. I will definitely do more business with this online boutique.
The quality of clothing is terrible. Material is so cheap! And if you want to return item you need to send it back to CHINA. It will cost you shipping and sometimes custom charges. They do not state that in return policy. Even tho they have warehouse in California! Cost me $35 to ship back!

Shoes I ordered were at least 2 sizes too large. The sizes for the other clothing items were inconsistent as well. There is no way to return the items unless you want to pay to ship back to China so I took the measly 15% refund, which really sucks. I will not order with this company again.

Your prices are very good, but I will wait to see what the quality is like before I give you 5 stars. And if the quality is not good, then your rating will go way down. And I'm not overly pleased with your shipping charges on three light items which will come in one box or bag.
Ordering is time consuming, not well indexed to resource, remove button removes all items on that selection rather than the second of 2, fiber content not available, too many items is too few categories. Discounts and shipping breaks not clear.
Need search capability, irritating to have to scroll through all products. Many items listed more than once.

I bought online here, they have in less than a month of delivery time. Great service I bought two pairs of leather shoes at a good price. Love your clothes. Wish I was richer. I do have some problem deciding on the size to purchase. I ended up with several short sleeve summer tees that are too small for me. Then I have two items that are a bit too large but I wear them anyway. One day I might hit the right size.
Some items take a long time. It is hard to get the right size. Sizes vary between Canada and the US. Different materials don't seem to size the same.

Sizes were in general too large. I'm 5'2" and 108 lbs. I wear a size 4 usually. I thought small would be fine, but it's kinda baggy. XS would be better I suppose but that size isn't carried.
Everything was perfect, the quality of the jacket and shirt, the delivery was fast. The only small problem is the size, almost all of them come a bit large, although better. But I will definitely use it again to order more clothes.
I ordered these two dresses... but the picture didn't show that they are maxi dresses... at least not clearly. I am very very unhappy with this purchase. I have no place to wear them--- and hemming them would spoil the printed area.
I tried to buy this dress previously as a gift... somehow, it didn't go through. But this time worked.
First item- they did not have it so I replaced it - the pants were not cotton/linen but polyester and see through and ran very big
The second item never arrived although supposedly it was shipped last week.
Also takes forever to arrive.
